I bought this for existing bicycle. Installing was ok but comfort to use was bad. Even if kid is transitioning from training wheels to perfect form, I fail to see how difficult it is parents to control.

I could not get it tight enough for the leverage it has. Had to build my own shims with sandpaper.

The concept is good, but when you put it on, its angled downward. It does bend up slightly, but definitely not high enough for anyone over 5'5" to push, and once you bend it up, it then keeps flexing and doesn't feel secure.Editing review to 1 star because while yes it did bend upwards some, it continued to bend as you pushed and broke off within a week or 2.

The product looked well-built and sturdy and would have served its purpose well. Only problem was it did not fit the tricycle I tried to attach it to. I think it would fit a normal bicycle seat perfectly
