This thing ended up being way bigger than I expected, but that is NOT a bad thing! It's impressive and fun - and I'm 41 years old! It's definitely an RC that makes me feel like a kid again. I've had this thing zooming all around the yard and it has done well over both grass and gravel.Has a good bit of weight to it, and feels pretty well made. Definitely not a cheapo plastic flimsy RC vehicle, so I imagine it can take some abuse. I haven't built any little ramps for it yet, but I plan to! This was a silly thing I grabbed on a whim, but it definitely made me feel like a kid again.

This truck has the visual "wow" appeal, especially to younger kids mostly due to its larger size, The high ground clearance and big wheel can climb over books and landscaping rocks alike, so it is indeed more fun than most 1:16 scale RC cars because the smaller cars always seems to get stuck. The remote functionalities are pretty generic, the batteries last about 30+ minutes of play, so it's pretty good. Since there is so much room on this truck, I think it makes a good candidate to add extra batteries or cameras for someone who is handy to have even more fun. At $80, this is not cheap compared to many other smaller RC cars, but the size does justify the price premium in my opinion, I highly recommend for the under 12 crowd,

My son never stops thanking me for buying him this Cybertruck. It's in very nice shape and of high quality. It has a motor in all wheels and the battery is excellent.

(Mar 9th 2025 update) - We were driving the cyber truck around in the back yard and the steering no longer works properly. It can now only turn one direction. It didn't last a month before something broke making it largely unusable. So I'm dropping to 2 stars instead of my original 5. Just to clarify, everything is physically intact (no damage from rough driving/impact), but there must have been some failure of an electronic component somewhere. Maybe I'll try to troubleshoot more when I have some time.(Original Review) I was pleasantly surprised by this product. Big, loud, powerful and robust. It can quickly drive over rough terrain and easily sucks up bumps with it's nice suspension system (a lot of plastic parts there, but it has taken a lot of abuse just fine). The sound effects are fun, but I kind of wish there was a switch to turn them off if preferred. Only minor complaint is the steering actuator doesn't seem to turn all the way full lock. This makes it hard to make tight turns. Overall I was very happy and impressed with the product (almost as much as my son).

I ordered this as a gift for my son's birthday coming up. He's obsessed with cybertrucks and I know he's absolutely going to love this! It seems to be decent quality... The tires are thick and sturdy for climbing. Although I will add that I'm not convinced it's made of metal alloy. Perhaps parts of it are, but the shell seems to be plastic. That may affect the longevity of this toy, but certainly not the experience! My kids will love it regardless.

I can easily keep up with this at walking speed and could walk faster if I put some effort into it, but it can drive over lawn, small rocks and so far just a little snow. I'm hoping to test it in deeper snow soon, but I'm waiting for it to fall.I accidentally drove it down my staircase. I left it at the top of the steps for a moment and still had the remote in my hand and I heard a thud as it hit the bottom of the stairs. The good news it that it was fine. It was lying of its side, but there was no damage at all.So you can drive it off a sort of a cliff without hurting it and maybe with practice you can stick the landing so it ends up on all 4 wheels. The suspension seems quite rugged and durable. It did well outdoors too. Of course it does better on smooth solid surfaces but it easily handled grass, icy pavement and at least very shallow snow. The snow in the attached photo is a few days old and not very thick, but it cut through that like butter. Two 3.7 volt rechargeable batteries, with USB cable to charge them one at a time and a screwdriver are included. You just need to provide the 2 AA batteries for the remote.
