Product came with a nice box and well packaged. But, the dot is not crisp or perfectly round. It looks like a red shining star....or like a sun with its rays. It was easy to zero in though. Have to take to the range to find out if it holds up as it's supposed to according to other reviews. Will keep you posted.

This appears, outwardly, to be an ok sight for the price. At first, the auto-off function only worked once [ 4min 14 sec]. Shake the sight awake after it first turned off and it stayed on thereafter. If the battery was removed and reinstalled it reset, but still only turned off one time. I took the battery out several times and now it appears to be working fine. I'm not too worried since this sight will be stored in the off mode anyway. I will update this review after some use on a 12ga. shotgun. The dot on the lower settings is crisp, but has some bloom at the higher settings. There isn't an occular adjustment for improving focus. Time and use will tell how it holds up. In the box with the sight are high and low bases, rubber lens covers ( connected), cleaning cloth, two cr2032 batteries and a torx wrench. It is suggested in the easy to read manual to " contact us" if any issues are found but no company contact information is anywhere to be found on the box or manual.

Seems to hold zero. Build quality is decent. Dot quality is pretty mediocre. Doesn't look like a dot but more like a crescent moon. But hey for the price it's not bad. I have a few hundred rounds through it and she's still kicking.UPDATE: updated from three stars to five stars based on customer service. I was relatively indifferent about having purchased this dot and not being initially satisfied with the quality. I wasn't necessarily upset with the quality or the transaction, just felt the clarity left more to be desired. Yet upon reading my initial review the manufacturer reached out to me and offered me a refund without sending the product back. They also asked for an example of the issue so they could better their product in the future or potentially resolve an unknown issue. That is the kind of customer service you rarely see in any industry. I have yet to send them photos showing the issue I mentioned in my initial review. But fully intend on doing so in the near future. Thank you again.

Love this sight I have the green dot only one and it works very well. Multiple light setting allowing you to see day or night and sit on my rifle perfectly. Great product 👍
