The 23" is not fully filled out. Has been removed from packaging for a few days already. There are areas where the fabric is wrinkles over and it wont sit up on its own. Daughter disappointed with the quality of the plushy.The 13" filled out nicely and sits up perfectly and there are no wrinkles.Overall quality control could use some help. Purcase with caution.

Perhaps unfair to take a star off because my comprehension skills are poor. Came here to rant about how this teddy was neither large nor weighed but… the listing says neither of these things so I’m clearly the one in error. I’ll leave it 4 stars so people will be curious, and perhaps they’ll be amused and purchase this adorable tiny Dino.
