I needed thin strips to box in this random load bearing beam. They didn’t split with the nail gun. They were just what I needed for my project. I painted them to match my walls.

These are so fantastic! I wanted to make some shelves for Barbie dolls but they were so expensive. How in the world I made this I have no idea but I made this shelving out of these sticks! I used wood glue so it would hold real well. Wouldn't you know I had exactly the amount of sticks that I needed! I couldn't do that again if I tried. I will be buying more. They're easy to cut, it's nice quality wood, and it's definitely worth the money. A couple were warped but you can't really tell that bad. I love it! Oh, and I'm not a handy person either. When it was done I looked back and said to myself I made this?

The sticks were fairly uniform in length & width there was some slight differences in thickness. I used almost 2 packages for a dollhouse wood floor project out of the 2 packages there were probably 6 sticks that were tapered on one end just enough you couldnt tell by just looking.

The paint stirrers were okay but some of them were thicker than others and so not always that good for crafting. Also there were supposed to be 25 and there were only 19. Just got around to using them so too late for return.

I recently purchased the Custom Shop Craft and Paint Sticks, and while they are generally fantastic, I did encounter a minor issue that prevented me from giving them a perfect rating. Overall, these sticks have been a game-changer for my crafting and painting projects, but there were a few rough edges that affected their usability.On the positive side, the majority of the sticks in the set are sturdy, durable, and incredibly versatile. They have made painting and crafting a breeze, providing excellent control and precision. I particularly appreciate the variety of sizes and shapes included, which have proven useful for a wide range of tasks.However, I did notice that some of the sticks in the set had rough surfaces that made them difficult to use. These rough edges made it challenging to achieve smooth brush strokes and detail work, which was frustrating at times. While this issue didn't render the entire set unusable, it did detract from the overall experience.Despite this minor flaw, I still believe that the Custom Shop Craft and Paint Sticks are an excellent tool for crafting enthusiasts. With a bit of sanding or smoothing, the rough sticks can still be put to good use. I just wish that the quality control had been more consistent across the entire set.In conclusion, if you're in the market for versatile crafting and painting sticks, I would still recommend giving these a try. Just be aware that you may encounter a few rough edges along the way.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. I needed to build a custom organizer and these slats were the perfect size. They were slightly warped, but this is to be expected of wood products. The slats are soft wood and cut easily. Good for crafts of all kinds.

These are great for creating wood artwork. I stained them different colors, found that stain works better than paint, and created a mountain landscape. They cut nicely and are very easy to sand down to the shape and size you need. Great value for what you are getting.

I use them to stir paint, but they have no weird shape, so I use them too if I need just a thin piece of wood

These were good except that at least 50% of them had rough, slivery edges. I had to re-sand to avoid getting more splinters than I had already gotten. Rough edges got worse when painting (swelling from the moisture??).I bought these for a particular project with my kids but because of the roughness, they weren’t very kid-friendly. 😠Also there was a bit of variation in the thickness so don’t purchase if you need them all to be a consistent thickness.
