Absolutely horrible!!!!!! First of all the product came folded, which ruined the product!!!! my daughter face and cheeks aren’t even that round. She has a very thin face and you made her face look fat and puffy!!!!!! Although the product was not acceptable the company did make it right and offer me options to fix the issue!!! Great customer service!!!!

This was exactly what I wanted and came in the promised time frame. I have a lower quality photo than I thought would work and they made it perfect! Some reviews said there are creases, this is correct. You are only going to see it if you have OCD like me. Otherwise, it's not noticable. 10000/10 recommend!

Ordered a 36 inch Head shot to bring to a WWE event of my late father in law who was a huge fan for most of his life. I was worried that i wouldnt get in on time as i ordered it on a Sunday night, 6 days before the event. Got an email Monday that the order was ready to ship and received on Wednesday! The quality was top notch and it was foldable and convenient to carry. We got a lot of airtime with the headshot since it was a live event on NBC. So impressed with what this company does. 5 stars!

Nice product but came with a crease in the middle because packaging was not sturdy enough. Disappointed because it looked good but the crease/bend detracted the overall product.

my 36 inch was NOT properly packaged, where they folded it to fit into the smaller one they used, causing a BUBBLY CREASE under my sons’ eyes. they should use the same size package as the fat head size that is ordered.and, NO STICK included.also, one of his EARS was partially CUT OFF.AND … then, i ordered a 24 inch so wouldn’t have a crease and that one was done poorly also ! 🤦🏻♀️NOT WORTH THE PRICE … HORRIBLE ! 😡
