It appears to be a heavier duty product than the white elastic I have used in the past. Won't know until it has been used a while. I am using it for safety goggle headbands.

My 3M half masks stay sealed and in place now. The original straps lost their stretch years ago. All I needed to do was replace the two that go around the back of my neck.

I have nice sport pants which came with non-elastic strap so that you need to tighten it every time. This elastic strap made my pants much more convenient to use

The elastic seemed great when it arrived, and I used it making mask straps. It was soft and stretchy and comfortable. However, after only about 2 weeks of wearing it, washing daily, it just isn't holding up. I figure if underwear elastic can hold up years, this elastic should have done much better than two weeks.See my two pictures, one shows the actual thinning where elastic meets mask, a clear stress point, but it's stretchiness didn't require it to be tight or anything. The second picture is the most darning, showing the actual rubber or vinyl threading in the elastic breaking within the elastic.I do NOT recommend this elastic. Good stars for softness, stretchiness, and comfort. 1 star for holding up.
