Exactly what it seems to be, not necessarily something people would guess is a pill holder, silicone loop is very effective at holding it in place but making it easy to get out. Could easily hold other things ;) although I just use it for my pills. Very similar to an herb grinder, without the grinding parts, the way it's shaped and screws together, etc.

I bought this to use for the medication I need to take through out the day it's great instead of tiring around the whole bottles of medication, I just throw a days worth of meds inside the curvo, job it to my bag and then I'm ready to go. It's so much easier to do it this way plus it cuts back on the bulkiness of bringing pills bottles with be everywhere I go. It's very discreet and durable. This item is waterproof and if you drop it in water just dry off the outside of the case, unscrew it the bam your meds are safe and dry. The disc pops out of a silicone ring. The ring holds its shape and the curvo fits perfectly inside it. I would recommend this to people are on the go/ busy or just going to work. This is perfect for anyone who needs to take medication at different times of the day/ night. It's great for day trips and for nights out. I bought one and then went back and bought another. I have one on my work bag and one for my purse. If needed you could also attach it to the belt loop on your jeans. It's user friendly and easy to unclasp and re hook to different items. What a great design.

Love this for my daily medicine. It holds 3 supplement vitamins and 1 medicine tablet for me. It’s very sturdy metal, think. Comes with two different size “D” rings and the color is cute (I got the mint/teal one).

really good, I use this to hold my Loops and its perfect !! Have bought two of these and it means I always have them available. Easy to attach to back pack or belt loops. Feels and looks like a quality accessory.

Not a revolutionary piece, but this little container is the perfect container for all your must-have trinkets like ear plugs, pills, or a few pieces of change. It’s pretty secure, opens easy, and it fits just enough things for on-the-go!

I don't write many reviews but felt compelled to by how nice this product is. The aluminum case is very well machined. It is very satisfying to unscrew and screw back together. This is not as quick/easy to open as a plastic snap-fit case (like the case for the loop earplugs I'm using this for) but that's not a bad thing, it will hold them more securely in the event of a drop or other impact.The rubber ring the case fits in holds the case very securely, but does not make it difficult to remove. Time will tell if this loosens up but for now it works well. It also is very well made, with a visible mold parting line but no flash left over, showing the care taken in the manufacturing process. The ring and clip are also very nice quality, with a matte finish and both feel very well manufactured. I will likely only be using the ring but it's nice that the clip is provided for applications where you may need a larger ring.Overall it is a great case, much higher quality than you might expect for something like this. I think the pricing is a little high, but reflects the quality, and considering that high quality it is not a bad value.

(Bought this to replace the original case that came with my Loop Switch earplugs, which I love the earplugs I found the included case to be flimsy. )The functionality of this case is wonderful. Having had this case attached to the outside my backpack for months now, I can attest to it’s durability. The simple design, allows the metal case to easily go in and out of the rubber harness, while being secure. The metal case screws together and apart smoothly, and keeps my earplugs completely enclosed; free from any outside debris or water. The Loop Switch earplugs are a bit on the larger size, but I’m able to get them to fit when I position them the right way. Given that I would think there’s enough space to fit nearly any set of earplugs. Totally recommend!

I really like everything about it. The style, the size, the material, the colour. It's big enough for some emergency pain killers. It looks and feels fantastic.

I just recently got diagnosed with EPI and have to take pretty large pills every time I eat a snack or meal. I don't carry a purse much so this is a handy way to make sure I always have my pills with me. Holds 3 of the large capsules plus a few smaller meds. Handy for must have meds.I've tried other keychain med holders but they always came open/unscrewed and I'd lose whatever I was carrying. I've never had that problem here! The silicone holder keeps everything secure!

I bought this for my husband. He's diabetic, and he was carrying his emergency glucose tablets in his pocket, wrapped in aluminum foil.....I bought him this container so we could move past that kind of look. The size of the carrying case works well with his glucose tablets (about the size of a large sweet tart); he can carry two in the container. It looks very nice and he likes it.

This is very high quality and I’m impressed! I lost a pair of loop ear plugs with their crappy plastic case :(. Bought this to prevent this from happening again. It’s excellent quality! I’m happy
