One of the parts is missing. I sent inquiry email but there was no response. What should i do? Cannot be used with this. It's the worst.

Great system. Well built, easy to install/uninstall. Not sure what they other guy was complaining about (missing parts?). Curt has always been very helpful when parts are missing or broken.
