Ordered a refurbished unit and it seemed brand new! It works well and gets all the juice out. It's easy to take a part and clean. My only compliant is that even on the lowest pulp setting, a lot of pulp gets through. I found a solution by using a mesh strainer on top of the container I'm juicing into. It's a bit more of a hassle but guarantees no pulp!

Easy clean up and it doesn't lose much speed when pressing down on it. Good price does the job well.

Pros:1. I love the pulp control - my daughter and I like high pulp and my granddaughter wants no pulp.2. It is nice to be able to shut off the juice to put under a new measuring cup.3. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe in the top shelf.4. It only has one size reamer so I needed to learn to swivel the fruit around when juicing.5. The noise level is low.6. Spin cycle to get the extra juice out of the pulp.Cons:1. Only one size reamer.2. Pulp collector is small. I had to empty it after every 3 grapefruit (6 halves). A half inch taller would have made a big difference.3. They need to ship it with a tool to clean the pulp collector. I used a butter knife, but a better tool would have been nice.4. A very small number of dividers got thrown out in the spin cycle. Again a taller collector would fix that.5. Spin speed seems small when compared to my old black n decker, but it could also be the design of the reamer. It takes a little longer to juice a fruit.Yes - I would buy it again.

Makes a easy job of juicing fruit. Easy to use and easy to clean. Allows you to decide how much pulp you want in your juice.
