Very happy with this kitchen tool. Have bought lesser quality electric can openers at only slightly lower prices and have been disappointed. Excellent quality for the price.

It’s hard to get the can positioned under the blade. And i didn’t realize it was not the kind of opener that opens cans with the safe lid so it not only is sharp but it tends to drop down into the food.Should have returned it but time ran out.

I ordered this and had to return as it didn't work right. The can would not catch with the magnet and would cut the lid halfway around. I had a Black and Decker for decades that worked better. it just looked old. Anyway, I was able to reorder- which I only did because there was a lack of competition and reviews were so bad on others. This 2nd one I ordered works fine. I still like my old one though! 2 stars for the failure of the first order. Otherwise, I would give it 4 stars.
