Becoming a rare part I guess. My mower would start easy and after a few minutes would surge and slow repeatedly. Cleaned EVERYTHING. but it turned out to be this little piece. Quick way to test if its this is to tie something to the linkage and pull on it. If engine runs correctly its this piece.

This part is difficult to find. It controls the choke on some Powermore engines. Those are Chinese enginesmade for MTD multi branded engines. Mine happened to be a Cub Cadet push mower.
