It does not roll smoothly if you just want to go forward. You have to fight with it which I dislike. It has tipped over twice while backing up, bad purchase -I very nearly got hurt

This shop stool is very comfortable. It is very easy to assemble. I like the height adjustment of the seat. The lower tray is wide open to allow any size tool to fit there. It rolls very easy on smooth surfaces. I recommend this for anyone that works on their own vehicles to be able to smoothly roll around.

As someone who works on his own vehicles, this rolling work stool has been a life saver in working on my cars in my home garage! The overall functionality and easy of use of this has been exceptional and don't regret this purchase! It's cushion is thick enough but has plenty of padding, the overall size of this is perfect for my use, and the added magnetic tray right below is a great touch and functions well with keeping my tools close when working! Overall, would recommend this rolling stool and would purchase again!

This went together in just a couple minutes when using a power driver. The wheels seem sturdy and hold my weight well. It feels stable even at the highest setting. The magnets in the tray are useful for keeping those parts where you left them.I feel like it could be improved by having rubber wheels, like rollerblade type wheels. The hard plastic wheels tend to get stuck when trying to roll over a stray nut or pebble on the ground. I may look into replacing them in the future with that.

I've been wanting to get my husband one of these from Harbor Freight for the longest time, but for the prices, he's always balked. As soon as I saw this, I jumped on it. Putting it together was simple, it's got a magnetic tray so that 10mm doesn't walk away, and the seat is incredibly comfortable. Only downside for me, but it doesn't affect him, is that it sits a bit high at its lowest point. Otherwise, 10/10. Would absolutely buy this one over the cheapy one at HF.

Great adition to the garage, it is small enough to sit and roll in the garage as i work yet big enough to fit my body weight. I love the magnet surface where i can just put my tools while i hang around and work in my garage, very happy with it.
