My wife and I were talking about the huge red ruby that Alladin's Monkey,Abu so desired, and how as children we both wanted that ruby. So I came to Amazon and purchased this. A bit f a gag gift for my wife but she loves it, and it's cheaper than the real thing.

We bought this as a prop for Halloween Costume (Scarlett Overkill) and my daughter loved it. Large size and feels "real". Only disappointed about the coloring (not as bright as some others I've seen for sale) but the pictures do show an accurate color representation.I saw a comment that the bottom was sharp. When I told the youngling to be careful because it might be sharp, she proudly held it up between thumb and forefinger and said it's okay, it doesn't hurt. So while a little pokey it's not bad.

I included lots of pics, but they don’t really do it justice.The packaging was pretty flimsy, but the product arrived unharmed so I can’t really complain I suppose. But if I wanted to gift it in the box, that wouldn’t be good.Don’t remember how big the product details claimed it was? But the exact size isn’t a big issue for me. But there’s a measurement pic included.I am using it to top a green velvet birthday cake for a May birthday, however I was concerned with the weight.The shipping label reads .4 lbs and the packaging is pretty inconsequentialWeight wise, so it’s a decent weight.It really is beautiful.It will look gorgeous as a decoration or paperweight.And it would make a nice gift.

This green jewel crystal paperweight is excellent! A good size, not too large but substantial. It has a good weight to it. It is a very beautiful crystal, very clear with no imperfections. The color is very rich and deep, but not so deep that it does not allow light to pass through. This crystal has great color and is transparent enough that it lets lots of light in, creating lots of sparkle and shimmer. My only concern is the packaging. It was sent in a tiny flimsy paper box, and the crystal was not wrapped or padded in any way. Still this is an excellent quality at a great price.

My kids have the same crystal in green. They bought it as a reminder of one of their video games years ago at an exhibition. Don't ask me which game lol. Their crystal is takes up the size of one's palm....long story short my friend had the same sized one in purple (her fav color) which was her moms.....it fell off the counter and broke and she was upset. I ordered this as part of my friend's xmas gift and when it arrived I burst out laughing. It is tiny. The photo on amazon makes it look much bigger. It is my fault as I should have read the measurements. It is beautiful though and my friend enjoyed the gesture.
