Went to Pinch-A-Penny to purchase a Hayward replacement filter and they were asking over $200 for a single cartridge! Thought I'd try this brand. I could buy TWO for the price of a single Hayward. Well... my pool is sparkling clear!! I've had this cartridge for a couple of months now and I'm more than happy. It seems great quality too but time will tell.

J’était hésitant d’utiliser une autre marque que hayward et j’ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de ce filtre. Je n’arrivais pas à trouver l’original dans les magasins de piscine et ceux qui m’offraient de le commander voulaient me charger la totale. Désolé mais Amazon:1 Magasin de piscine:0

I’m happy with this pool filter, picks everything up quick and got a nice water flow, it definitely works just as well as OEM filter. Great customer service too and quick reply from the company when I needed to find the right size. Two thumbs up!UPDATE: This pool filter worked fine like a champ and lasted a little less than a year, 10 months to be exact, now needs replacement. So if you consider this purchase, expect this filter to work for at least one year, no more that that, at least in my case and I don’t have much debris in the screened pool. I wish it lasted longer, these filters are expensive.

The filter is well constructed and is much firmer than the Hayward filter.After installing the new filter after one day the pool water was crystal clear. It has only been operating for 3 weeks now, I took the filter out to clean and was amazed how easy the dirt and algae came off the filter elements. I will definitely buy this again when necessary.
