Firstly, I want to give a huge shout out to the customer service of Crown Shades. After our gazebo was damaged from a very heavy snow, I reached out to customer service to get assistance. They were amazing. Initially, I was just wanting to purchase a replacement frame as that was really the only thing damaged but instead, they sent me an entire gazebo replacement and had it to me in a couple days. Absolutely AMAZING Customer Service!!! 5 STARS for sure!As to the product, its very light weight and was very easy to set up and the instructions were pretty straight forward. Setting it up was very easy and appeared to be very stable. The canopy is very well made and strong. The rain just rolled right off. I would say, if you have snow in your forecast, do yourself a favor and take it down. A light snow will be ok I think but if its a heavy wet snow, just take it down. A couple mins of your time will save you from having to replace it. Other than that, the product is very well made and incredible for the price. I would recommend this to anyone needing a gazebo style pup up canopy for their backyard space. I plan to purchase another to take campingI have a feeling that my family and I will be using this for many years to come.

We've had this all summer, which is why I delayed on the review. We live in AK and have AWFUL mosquitoes, this was a must and I was concerned we couldn't enjoy the outdoors while at home or camping. This is very simple to set up, I can do it in a few minutes by myself or in less than a minute with my wife. It offers plenty of space for a picnic table to be covered at most campgrounds, or like what we have at our house. The pros I have for this screen room are, the ease of setting it up, the rain resistant material, the size and space as well as the height. We love the waterproof of this, we store things under and experience no rain coming from the top, only from blowing wind sideways. The carrying case is great and makes moving, storing and transport a breeze. The zippers are not too bad, they are smooth for the most part, but only minor sticking. Lastly, the screens do cover 95% of the places bugs can get into, I just wish they had a better way to secure the net than the cheaper hooks. The cons/why I gave it 4 stars - Cheaper mesh, it catches on most everything and binds up, no true cuts but it does bind and bur. The plastic(?) Top and pole covers are really thin, it's easy to knick or cut, we've been very careful and have no cuts on the roof but the screen corners have 2 small cuts. The screen tie strings are poorly sewed on and rip very easily, as well as the screens are poorly fit to the size at full extension. Finally, I wish they provided a higher quality hook to secure the whole screen down, I bent 3 of them but fortunately have my own that we bring with us.Overall I would buy this again/another one, but it has held up very well throughout camping in Alaska, BBQs in the backyard and yard sales in the front.

I purchased this in late November and it lasted a little over a month. Still, I give it 5 stars. Here's why: I primarily bought this for my recently adopted senior Chihuahua brothers, one of which is blind. They won't go outside in inclement weather so I purchased this gazebo to put on my wood deck - this would give them cover and a place to go to the bathroom. I had purchased a canopy before this and it lasted 24 hours when a 5mph breeze turned it into modern art titled "crap". Did my research and got this one. I'm 68 years old and partially disabled so a friend came over to set it up. took about an hour for everything. Here's what I loved about it: the design was elegant - so easy to put up; beautiful; sturdy; storage bag was strong, easy to pack, and had the written instructions sewn onto it (so convenient). Wasn't crazy about: mosquito netting - I wanted to keep the mesh walls on because they kept the rain from coming in, but they also increased wind drag and made windy conditions real threats. The orange guides meant to help secure the canopy to the horizontal scissor perimeter grid were too loose to be of use - but this didn't matter because the canopy did not ride up. I could not easily take it up and down because of my health so I wanted to really guard against high wind issues. I screwed the feet into the wood deck, used the included bags after filling with sand, used the tie-down ropes to secure it to the deck railing, and inspected it often. And then the storms came. For several weeks we endured steady winds of about 25mph! The gazebo took it like a champ. It would slightly bend at the legs and the canopy would really dance. It rained a great deal, sometimes hard, but everything under it stayed dry. I loved it, the dogs loved it. First the snow came - heavy, wet, and deep - 8 inches. I went outside 3 times that day and gently pushed on the underside of the canopy with a soft squeegee in order to break up the dense buildup of snow, guiding it downhill until it was off the ceiling. I was knocking off about 70-80 pounds of the stuff each time! Still, it held. I was amazed. And then the death knell tolled in the form of 2 days of frequent gusts of 50-60mph. My deck furniture blew off the deck, a bucket of 8 bricks ensconced in solid ice tipped over and blew down the deck steps. The dogs couldn't stand in it and I had to use 2 canes to stay upright. Then the metal rod holding one of the corners of the overhang-canopy snapped and the canopy corner blew towards the peak of the roof and began snapping back and forth. I captured it once but could not hold on - it ripped right out of my hands. I got into the house and sadly watched. I can not believe it lasted anywhere near as long as it did. It was insane. My friend came back the next day and took it down (the winds had died down). And even with all this, there is a chance I might be able to repair it. I HIGHLY recommend this gazebo. In my opinion, it's a beast when secured correctly. I thought the price was really good and that it was worth every penny and then some.
