amazing coustomer service, a part broke on my mobile arm and i left a review reflecting my displeasure, to my surprise the company reached me directly and asked to send me a replacement part. I absolutely agreed and everything is perfect- this was spectacular coustomer service and the mobile arm is quality and beautiful. I am so pleased and grateful! well done

Item is aesthetically pleasing and easy to put together. However, it does not tighten very well between the bars of our graco crib and falls to one side or another easily with the slightest touch. I worry that this will cause the mobile to fall on our baby, so I’m weary to actually leave it in the crib. It does not seem secure whatsoever

I really like the simplicity of this. I had no problem installing it or getting it to fit. I do have a safety concern, there is a know that goes on inside of crib, and im pretty sure my daughter will end up hitting her head off it more then once when she gets bigger

I am thrilled with the quality of this mobile arm. It is made from real wood, not plastic junk. It is aesthetically pleasing and doesn’t take away from the overall appearance of our crib. It was easy to install with simple instructions which is always so appreciated and often hard to come by with amazon purchases. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for an easy and stress free way to hang a mobile!

The box itself has a pretty design and I appreciate the additional felt pieces that protect the item in transit. It feels sturdy enough would hold mobiles on the heavier side. It’s easy to move side to side, but the height cannot be adjusted with just one hand due to the “pull apart” mechanism required to change the heights. This is note worthy if you or a loved one has a physical disability. Overall it is a beautiful product and I have already recommended it to other interested buyers.
