I received the Cressi AC2 Compact regulator set (with BCD) last week. I was all excited to use it at a local dive site. Everything seemed as it should be, as one would expect. I didn’t hear any leaks after pressurizing the system. I dropped in the water, and immediately found a large air leak coming from the swivel connection of the second stage mouthpiece. I attempted to contact CressiUSA in regards with this major issue. I was told it takes up to three days for an initial contact from the warranty department. The equipment supposedly went through quality control…. I am so disappointed in the whole thing I tried to return the entire package. Amazon wouldn’t take it back. To me, Cressi quality control is a joke, customer service is absent and the only piece of Cressi equipment I have is garbage.

What can I say this is the best bcd and regulator set up iv ever had comfort durability looks its just simply so much better than the description one of my best purchases thank you cressi and Amazon for this amazing product at a great price

Light weight, integrated weights are easy to click in/out. Easy to release air during descent. Ample padding and plenty of D rings for accessories.

As a beginner scuba diver, it is FABULOUS!° on a dive certification trip I had to adjust the weight I was using. The zipper broke in two places. $34 for a replacement. Luckily I bought the insurance for the large purchase. Waiting for a response from seller.

Lancaster Scuba was awesome, getting these to me in ONE DAY! The set is perfect and we already enjoyed 8 dives each with our sets. Perfect for travel and a great deal. If I had to mention one CON to this set, it would be the primary reg not being balanced. I wish it was, as tank pressure 700 psi and under makes for some minor difficult breathing. The Leonardo computer is excellent! Easy to use and tracks everything you will want. (I wish the computer data transfer kit wasn't so expensive though.)I would recommend this set to anyone!This is definitely a great buy for peo

Everything about this set was amazing... I was a little nervous about spending so much with out seeing or touching the item. But whe I received it I was so pleased and satisfied with everything. The seller contacted me as the BCD I order was on back order the offered me a similar one at the same price. All the gauges are very durable. I was very anxious to see how it preformed. Went diving the next weekend and I was so impressed with how well this set worked. I wish I could give this 10 stars

Great starter kit that just works! Received promptly, and I tested it out today without too much set up (most of it is already hooked up for you. Just follow your training) and it worked without a hitch. Much of it is pretty similar to the rental gear I've used except it's not overused and abused.One thing I will mention is that the shop shipping this package might send a slightly different variant of a particular piece of gear in the package. My alternate second stage was from a different brand (Aqua Lung), but probably figured because it was either a mistake or there was none at the time. This, however, didn't really bother me as long as it works.
