I’ve tried 5 others and this one works the best. The kids swim longer between reapplying. Must have for snorkeling.

Consigliato

I'm a hot-blooded person and I fog everything up. Even the car windows. I got this for my ski goggles as I had noticed that the goggles where fogging more each time I went out. I treated the goggles inside and out and now they will get a quick fog that clears quickly when you breathe hard on them. Normal breaths don't fog them at all. Before the goggles would get fogged and then freeze. I would then need to go in and use the restroom hand driers to clear the goggles so I could see to ski down the hill without hitting any trees. I now use this on my reading glasses and my work safety glasses. It's not perfect, but it's 95% better than not having it at all. I will continue to use this product, as it don't stay on the glasses forever.

Doesn't do anything. Tested on eye glasses - one lens with no protection, one lens sprayed with this anti-fog spray per the instructions. After applying, I breathed on both lenses simultaneously to fog them up. Both lenses fogged up and they took almost the same exact time for the fog to disperse. In fact the treated side was slower. See photo - this is 10 seconds after breathing on the lens. The left side is UNtreated!

I have tried a number of other anti-fog products for our swim goggles, and this stuff is the best, by far. The secret to success is to spray both the outside and inside of each lens and gently move the product around to coat the lens. Then, LET IT DRY! I dry the goggles after a swim, then apply this and allow it to dry overnight. At your next swim, dip the goggles 4-6 times in the pool before placing them on your DRY face, and they will not fog. I get 3-4 swims of 1-2 hours each before they begin to fog on me. Great product!

Instructions differ a bit in each language. After trying almost everything with my diving mask (the excellent Hollis M1) between a series of dives like washing several times with baby shampoo, rubbing toothpaste, burning with a lighter, spit, etc. only after applying this spray I could finally stop the mask from fogging. If you speak other languages, be mindful that the instructions are slightly different in each language and that the best method is the one described in English. What worked for me was to lightly wet the glass, spray the antifog and spread it with a finger for some seconds before washing with clear water. On my first try I applied the spray on the dry glass and spread it with a tissue, and that didn't have any effect.

This is working very well if I use it after every swim. After I get home I rinse my goggles with water to get the pool water off. Once dry, I spray the inside lens surfaces with enough anti fog to form a small puddle that I can swish around. Sometimes I wait a minute or so and then rinse the lens surface with a little water, but sometimes I just let the anti fog dry onto the lens surface, then I rinse with a little water. If I keep it simple like this, I will continue to use the anti fog. It is working very well. Now if I get any fog while swimming, I simple rinse the goggles with some pool water and they clear up and stay clear.

I rarely write a negative review. I bought this in order to coat the inside of the clear goggles I wear while doing construction. So yes I am sweating while I wear them, and that naturally creates moisture inside of the goggles, so I guess you could say I am really putting the anti-fog spray to the test, but isn't that what the product is for.It was kind of frustrating because it didn't work. My goggles would fog up so bad I had to take them off I couldn't see what I was doing.I liked the idea that this anti-fog was a kinder and gentler potion more in line with nature, rather than something that would irritate my eyes. But it didn't meet my expectations of doing what it was supposed to do. So I gave it 3 stars for being health friendly, and deducted two because it is worthless. Just for scientific purposes I was using a pair of Dewalt anti-fog glasses with clear plastic lenses. They didn't work for very long either. So is there some film coating DeWalt uses that is not only in-effective but also blocks the anti-fog from working also? Maybe.
