Haven't made fl9wers from it yet, but it was boxed beautifully. I thought the rolls would be longer but my fault for not reading the dimensions.

I used these to make giant flowers for a Women's retreat and they worked well. Nice assortment of colors.

This really doesn't have much stretch, but I expected that. It is very cheap crepe paper and I bought it for experimentation and practice, so I wasn't surprised at the lesser quality. This tears / rips easily and it also doesn't do well with water based glues like Tacky if you don't do just a small bit at a time and let it dry - otherwise, the color will bleed into the glue badly and onto your fingers, the crepe paper will turn to mush. It does much better with low temp hot glue.It can be made into a better paper by laminating two sheets together - it becomes sturdier and still can be shaped. I used decoupage glue to laminate, but you can only do small pieces that are no more than a few inches - don't try anything bigger, definitely not a full 8 x 10 section, you will regret it, ask me how I know lol. Work with a soft paintbrush and brush on with the grain. Let dry overnight.
