I ordered this item and when I received it the solders on the lifting rack on one side had separated. I fixed it using wire and the crème brûlée I made was delicious. I ordered a second unit for a gift and the lifting rack on it was also broken in shipping.

This was a birthday gift for a family member (and also a way to get more creme brulee for myself lol 🤫). The quality was nice and all of them turned out perfect. I've been drafted to make my famous creme Brule' this year and decided to be more streamlined about it because I'm making quite a few. it's very handy to have my water bath and ramekins securely in place when taking out of the oven and the steam has fogged over my glasses lol. It's been a few years since I've made this and time has lost some of my ramekins and now I know I have enough of them and, they all match too for a lovely presentation. For anyone new to making this desert? heat up your tray without the ramekins, in the oven then add BOILING water into the pan then your filled dishes or you'll never get the result you need :)
