No matter how many adjustments I make to the bed, it won't stay level. The paper trick doesn't work. There are stl files designed to make bed leveling easy, which I use on my ender 3. On this piece of trash they are useless. Immediately after leveling the bed and rehoming the extruder and starting a new print, the bed is unlevel again. The layers don't stick to each other no matter which filament I use. Either the plate itself is bent and it went right on through creality's garbage quality inspection, or they've just made a poorly designed machine so you have to buy their upgrades to make it function correctly. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer my printers to work correctly after the first setup process. I should NOT have to level the bed every time it moves. Garbage product. Save your money and buy from a different manufacturer, because you won't get help from their customer support or the printing community.

So understand from the beginning what you are buying and you'll be good to go. This is a zero frills workhorse printer. Large capacity for bigger prints. Handles multiple different materials. High quality prints with minimal setup.Understand this is a smooth glass build surface. Prints will NOT stick to this without some type of assistance (I suggest glue stick) it does come with some textured masking tape which works very well. If you're going to keep going with masking tape be sure to buy the good stuff with rough texture. The smoother it is the worse it will adhere.Aside from that this thing gets the job done. Very fast setup, good build quality, sturdy materials. While not recommended for a person who has never printed before it is a great midlevel printer.Commit to the learning curve and it won't let you down.

this is my first 3d printer and I am extremely pleased with it, i model on Fusion 360 and slice with Cura and all of my models come out with fantastic detail. the build area is massive compared to a lot of printers in this price rangePros: cheap for the build area, good print quality, easy to set up had it running 30 minutes after i got it. easy to use.cons: the freestanding gantry will oscillate on fast small movements like text and faint ghosting occurs, no auto level bedrecommendations if you buy this: get magigoo for the bed the tape likes to rip off with prints, go on thingiverse and print a better filament cooling duct it helps tones when bridgingother notes: its not loud, its not quiet but you can easily sleep in a room with it running also helps if you put foam on the feet.

Printer assembly was pretty straightforward, all cables are marked as to where they go. Remember to move the red switch your your power type ie 110 or 220. Only hiccup I encountered was some layer shifting on the x axis. Took a minute to figure out but it was the tiny screw holding the knob that connects the x motor to the belt. Once it was tightened the layer shifting went away and I've had amazing prints since. I really can't believe the quality of prints I'm getting with this thing.I've upgraded some items on the printer, one of which was going to octo print. I could not get the printer to read my sd card and my PC would not read the card that came with the unit. I can't recommend getting a raspberry pi 3b and installing octoprint enough. Being able to send files through wifi to the printer instead of using a card is great. I have also upgraded the boden tube to capricorn and went with a dual gear extruder. I wish the cables connecting the control box to the printer were a little longer but I think you can get extensions for that.Over all this printer is amazing and I can't recommend it enough especially if you can get it when it's $70 off.
