-I’m 6 feet tall-225 lbs-Size 39 waist (website says the pack’s large/XL fits “32-40” waist)-lol this pack did not fit AT ALL. If I squeezed into it I’d most definitely pass out lol. So you could stretch it for sure and squeeze into and struggle to walk and talk at the same time (seriously) and it will have less of an inch of “locking” overhang on the Velcro… I had to purchase Velcro extenders elsewhere. If you’re ANYTHING more than a 32 waist, DONT-EVEN-TRY loll but if you’re cool with and extender ……the harness is awesome+comfortable + light AF + well built+ holds pods ANNOYINGLY tight without the unnecessary bounce when running.🤷🏽♂️
