I bought it to use as a fidget toy, but it is a great therapy tool to strengthen your hands and arms. Stretching, squeezing, and just playing with it can give you a nice little workout. Plus, it changes color with the heat of your hands and friction, so it's nice to work with. A great toy, but not just a toy, it's more than that.

My son really enjoyed the color changing ability. He'd put it in the refrigerator to get cold and then warm it up by manipulating it.

Best putty ever! Stretchy, not sticky. Changes color with heat of hands. We put it in the fridge to make it dark again. Great fidget and entertaining. It's quiet and non sticky so appropriate for fidgeting out in the world not just at home.

This is my first time using official putty as a fidget, I'm used to sticky tack or clay. This is a little softer than those after they've warmed up, but it's still very satisfying. Even when you pull it very thin, it doesn't stick to you too badly and stays attached to itself. You can snap it cleanly too if you try. You get about a stress ball's amount if (like me) 3.2 oz doesn't mean anything to you. I liked using about half to play with, though the thicker strands from the whole ball are good too. The color change happens naturally, but stays warm a long time, so I don't think you'll notice any purple creeping into the pink. Also, the glitter doesn't seem to add any texture that I noticed, and it's barely visible when the putty is pink. Very happy with my purchase.

I got a good couple hours of play out of this. It does indeed change colors as it warms up in your hands, but eventually it starts to get tacky and begins to stick to things. Cooling it back down helps some, but after perhaps 3-4 total hours of kneading over a couple weeks it had become sticky enough to pose a threat to our carpet, clothing, and furniture, so it had to go.

Surprisingly, the putty is still gooey and changes color after a year. The only issue is sometimes the putty makes the lid stuck but otherwise it's a good product

My kids are into slime, squishy, sticky and putty products. This stuff is a little pricey (like most of the products in this niche) but it is by far the best. Holds up great. No mess, unless your kids shred it into tiny balls and distribute it through your home. Doesn't stain. Tactile. Doesn't get gross. But most of all, a lot of fun to play with. Would recommend any product from Crazy Aaron. I've ordered several versions over the last couple years, all of them have been exceptional.

This putty changes colours when its temperature changes. Put it in the fridge for a few minutes to get it to turn deep purple, warms it up a bit to get it to light purple, and a bit more for pink. So much fun to play with. But hair, fur, dirt etc. do get trapped in it easily, so don’t go rolling it on the floor if you don’t want it to get filthy.Updates: also, it could get stuck on paper… so if you don’t want pink goo on your paper, don’t leave it sitting on there.
