I bought these to go with a great book of sidewalk chalk art for my artsy teen granddaughter. Her and her friends are eager to start decorating the sidewalks and perhaps go to a festival where there are several families and artists participating. Great bright colors and durable to last without breaking easily.

I’m so impressed by this sidewalk chalk. The colors are fantastic, they draw very nicely, and are easy to hold (especially for little ones). They are durable, and store right back in the box. Amazing price point too. We’ve tried several different chalks, and these are the best.

This is the best chalk. I love how vibrant the colors are and the variety of colors. It’s such a good price too for the amount you get in the box. My only complaint is they break sort of easy but it’s still usable and not a deal breaker.

We purchased this pack for our toddler and it was so fun to see all our favorite colors from our crayons back in the day! All of the classic Crayola colors, as well as some neon and glitter pieces. A few pieces did come broken but they still work great and totally worth the money

I bought these during covid 2020. Lots of beautiful bright colours for hours of fun of driveway drawing. Good size for little and big hands to make masterpieces.

Got the mega pack for my toddler against my better judgment, but she absolutely loves them and enjoys using them outside. No child could resist this colossal pack, even a cynical teenager might find these entertaining. They are crayola brand level of quality but also nontoxic and washable. All 64 sticks arrived intact and ready to go.The colors are bright and the chalk is very sturdy, at least against a toddler dropping them constantly. I’m gonna buy another pack to donate to my church; would be great for a classroom or daycare as well.

My husband and I absolutely love this set. We routinely draw encouraging chalk notes/pictures for each other on the front porch floor (it's concrete), and this set is just what we were hoping for to replace our old, used-up, basic set. The colors are beautifully vibrant, edgy, and unique - and I love the glitter ones (the glitter really shows!). Strong/rich (pigment-wise) colors. And I love the squared shape of the pieces! Some people have complained about chalk arriving broken... obviously, this is to be expected with chalk. Chalk is not shock-proof. It's chalk. You're going to have a few broken ones after the shipping process. It's not a big deal and there's no way on Earth to avoid some broken ones - it's only luck if you don't have any broken. In fact, those folks who are complaining might should look on the positive side: When a chalk is broken (especially with this set of chalk where the pieces are square so as not to roll away), you now have a flat top on the chalk and that really gives you four top corners to write/draw with. That's kind of a bonus, in my opinion. Of course, if the majority of your chalk arrives broken, I can understand why that would return them (I would, too). But that isn't the product's (or Crayola's) fault. It's just the luck of the draw with how rough the shipping process was - and the shipping process goes through so many steps that you can't blame any person or any step in particular.I actually *appreciate* Crayola for *not* using padding or extra packaging to shock-proof/protect the chalk. Padding and packaging are wasteful and terrible for the environment, so I would NOT want Crayola to start adding additional padding/shock-proofing in order to protect the chalk just to please the complaining buyers. Chalk is fragile - everyone knows it. Look on the bright side if you receive some broken chalk.I only wanted to say the above because I wish buyers wouldn't give this product lower stars just because chalk was received broken. This really is a GREAT product and I hope Crayola keeps making it so others can enjoy it. I am very happy and grateful to have this wonderful set - it is a joy to use. Thank you so much, Crayola. And no, I wasn't paid or asked to write a review. I rarely write reviews. But this set is so nice that I wanted to write one.

Love these chalks, fantastic selection of colours perfect for my chalkboard wall, love the glitter ones! Wipe of easy and dont cause as much dust as some of the cheaper ones (still some dust which is unavoidable with chalk)

I enjoy using these chalks for making artwork on the bricks outside of our house, there's a wide variety of colors for shading and the glitter chalk gives pretty effects. Also, the points on each crayon-like chalk also allow for finer details for outlines and definition, at least until they're worn down.I tend to have a lot of free time, so it's fun to relax by sitting outside and drawing a picture- and it's fun to have the UPS man who comes to deliver a package see the random chalk art. LOL! I'm not sure what fancy professional street chalk artists use, but I think this is pretty good. Before I was using regular chalk which only has, like, four colors which makes it difficult to shade and make visible details. The colors start to fade a bit after a day or so of your artwork sitting there being stepped on and such, and it certainly can't last though rain, although I'm sure that's to be expected with chalk. It did surprise me though, water was spilled on the picture I made, my dogs peed on it and it was walked on and the picture stayed completely intact; but a light rain made it all blurry and gross. It also cleans up very easily with a hose and a little bit of dish soap. What I think makes this so special is that there is black chalk! That means outlines, shading, and just overall potential for details as well night scenes that I would never have thought would be possible with chalk!!!! I've already used my black chalk until it was half gone! :O I really wish they would sell smaller packs of certain colors, particularly black, the greys and white because these colors are SOOOO useful! But alas, I will probably have to buy another one of these big sets just to get a few specific colors.A couple of things that I was kind of disappointed by were the neon colors that don't really seem to pop as much as I would expect and the red chalk isn't really a red color- it's more pinkish than red. I found myself mainly using the "Sunset Orange" color for making red hues. That doesn't mean that I don't like the neon colors or the red color- I used the neon purple and red colors for the roses in my picture.I went ahead and added some images of the first picture I made with my new chalk. It's kinda faded, dirty and grungy looking because it's a couple of days old and was peed on by dogs though. T-TWhen I finish my next picture I might update my review (if I remember to) and add different pictures of a newer and brighter artwork! ^-^
