The crayons write pretty well on our fiberglass bathtub wall. We clean them off with a scrub brush and have had no issues with staining - even when we leave the masterpieces up on the walls between baths. The "wax" of the crayon falls out of the holder very easily, and once it falls out it's pretty hard to use the crayons.I think a better term for the markers would have been "water color pens." They are super light when you draw with them, but my daughter enjoys them so I don't mind! These are a fun addition to bathtime, but I don't expect the crayons to last more than a month since they are all falling out of the holders. They aren't too expensive though, so they've been worth it for us.

The crayons do not rinse off. They did come off but I used comet and a scrub brush. The crayon tips kept breaking off when writing, not smooth to draw with. The markers are better and actually do rinse off with just water. Harder for my niece to use since you have to push down on the tip while writing and not very pigmented - more like water color consistency. Would not buy again.

I bought these for my 5 yr old grandson. My 21 year old daughter had these when she was younger and absolutely loved them. They are so easy to use for little mural artists in the bath tub. They last a long time and wash up so easily. Your children will never want to get out of the bathroom!

I was so excited to try these, but they are awful.Pros:- Crayon holders work great - better than paper or no cover at all and they are fun to play with- Crayons can be used on paper outside of bath and are very soft wax so they can be blended - which adds a new, fun way to color- The markers can be used on paper outside of the bath and work like dot markers, and are non toxic, non smellyCons:- Neither crayon or marker work on wet surface. I repeat, these bath crayons and markers don't work in the tub/shower unless the surface is completely dry- The markers are very watery or low pigment and that's why they don't work well on wet surfaces - they run/bleed easily and just make a big brown watery mess- The crayons are soft wax and are not water washable so if they do write on a dry surface, they are not easy to clean off- The crayons shed little flecks while drawing. These end up on shower floor and don't rinse away.We use a plastic cutting board to draw on with the crayons. When it's wet it sticks to the wall of the shower. It has to be dry to use with crayons. We use the markers on paper outside of the shower.

These are great for bathtime fun. The markers are a little more difficult to use, you need to tap the tip a bit to get the color to show, but on the white tile in our bathroom, they work well. The crayons are a great hit - very easy for her to use on all surfaces. You do want to make sure things are cleaned up right after bath. Hubs forgot to wipe down the red one, and now we have a stain in the tub. The tub surface is a bit porous, so i think this would still be fine on porcelain or tile.

This is my second order of the Crayola bath crayons. My 1.5 old daughter absolutely loves them. They’re easy for her to write with. The only issue is that you have to click them to push the crayon forward as they run out and my daughter tends to push too hard and break them so they go really fast as they break with the pressure. They’re also extremely hard to scrub off the tub. I wait until she gets out and scrub the tub with a chlorox wipe and then it is MUCH easier to clean. If you have tile and it happens to get into the grout it doesn’t come out so it’s a nightmare. If you can avoid the tile grout you’re golden. My daughter loves the crayons so it’s worth the hassle. The Crayola markers had poor reviews but I saw this Crayola bundle which essentially includes them for the same price so I decided to give them a try. My daughter was initially thrilled to use them but when I opened the up the package and she tried to use them she couldn’t press hard enough for them to work. I had read this from other reviewers. I agree. It is impossible for a toddler to push hard enough to draw with them. I could draw with them but I had to push extremely hard and they were so faint you can barely see most of the colors. My daughter threw them outside and/or started banging them on the tub in frustration and then went straight back to the crayons. I definitely do not recommend the markers for kids under 3. That being said the box does say that. Even for kids over 3 you can’t see the colors so it’s kind of pointless. The colors are faint and instantly run as you draw them on. The only positive I saw is that they’re way easier to wash off since they’re essentially clear. I’ve included pictures below. It’s hard to draw anything with the markers and they instantly run. I ended up throwing them away.Update: Cleaning up after the crayons. They recommend washing the crayons off the bathtub as soon as possible which I agree with them, the sooner you do it the easier it is. I've used wash cloths so I could clean while my little one was still in the tub but they don't remove the crayon entirely. I've tried Clorox Clean up wipes which can only be used once my little one is out of the tube and requires several wipes, It is still a struggle. Last but not least I used a couple of Pampers sensitive wipes to clean as my LO took her bath and not only was it safe but it saved me a ton of time in scrubbing. The grout is still an issue - if the crayon get on grout, I have still not found a good way to remove it.
