Sometimes I get one that only lasts a few days. Have had shaft snap off break. Have had handles come unpined. Over all I keep buying replacements. I detail full time and clean homes and offices. I use this tool to clean autos, rugs and so much more!

I used this for about 3 weeks before it decided to stop blowing out the liquid. When it first arrived the in by the handle kept popping out. I figured I would deal with it as I had to start work. Well 3 weeks later it’s not working right. I tried to get a hold of them with no luck. I will never buy this again. Extremely disappointed. I want a refund.

I bought another set with the plastic insert and it blew out from the pressure and didn't work the same way the metal ones are much better and definitely worth the extra money because they last the other one blew out then it kept pushing out so it was just not worth spending the time

The product I received will not project out and fluid, only compressed are. I’ve fiddled and fiddled with it and right out of the box won’t spray any chemical or water out of it. Save yourself the hassle and get a tornador.

Compre un par de equipos, los cuales funcionaron correctamente, tienen un buen desempeño en su funcion, lo malo es que a los tres meses fallaron, supuse que seria por el uso, si bien el mecanismo funciona es decir avienta aire, el liquido deja de salir. Compre dos equipos nuevos, solo uno funciono, el otro no avienta liquido. He validado cosas basicas como que no este obstruido el tubo del liquido, que no tenga fugas y se muestran bien, solo que no expulsa el liquido. He buscado al vendedor pero no he tenido respuesta, espero puedan ayudarme.

Found out a leak upon starting to use. I know its really a pain and a hassle to get it return to seller and absolutely I would not wait an another century for it. Pretty sure seller won't care about it. So just decided to just make a review instead. Definitely not worth the price. And absolutely no another purchase.

I own a Tornador Black... that quit working. I use my Tornador Black for EVERY interior detail I do. It's a time saver and gets quality results. So when mine quit working, I quickly ordered a replacement part to repair it. Meanwhile, I saw this one and ordered it because A) it was going to arrive 2 days ahead of the replacement part, and I have money to make, B) this whole unit was cheaper than just the replacement part for my Tornador Black. Based on 2 weeks of hard use in the field of a professional detailer, I can say without a doubt I will NEVER by a Tornador Black again. I'll buy this instead. Why? 1. It is just as sturdy and durable. 2. While not quite as powerful as the black, it is still plenty powerful to achieve the results needed for interior details. 3. It's just a better use of money. I can buy almost 4 of these for the price of one Tornador Black.

They say 3 year warranty, but no response. The blower works but not the spray part.I would like a replacement please.

Amazing tool for the money. Even has a metal tip not one of those cheap plastic hose tip that pop off under pressure etc. I could not spend $100+ for the name brand tornador black so I ordered this one after searching for hours for the best cheaper version of the Tornador black and finally found this Gem. Agian metal tip is a huge factor in cleaning. I currently work at Toyota detailing cars and have used my team managers Tornador black and this product works just as good.I have to order carpet and upholstery cleaner still and do the carpets. I did one carpet with just water and pressure and dirt came flying from carpet can't wait to get the cleaner and make the carpets look new agian. Worked perfect on back of seats that had cloth since it wasn't a high traffic area agian just water. Should have done a before and after picture for all this.
