Marketing pics vs actual product...and clunky functionality. Meh. I would say good if it was half the price.

So useful and works great. Will change you a ton of time & a lot of headache when you shoot yourself with the superior iPhone back facing camera. Great for creating video content or shooting selfies if you are a one man team. Great value for your money.

Like the review says, this device is a cool idea and when it works it does solve the problem of being unable to see what photos taken on rear camera looks like until you've taken the photo. This product ideally solves that problem by casting your phone's screen to this device that is magnetized to the back of your screen allowing you to see what your cameras sees and using the superior camera equipped on your phone.Again, on paper this all sounds great.Maybe I received a flawed unit, but I was only able to get this to work once and then after that it refused to connect to my phone again. I had tried connecting to it's onboard IP address and then tried connecting it to my wifi router to allow screenshare but after the initial connection it refused to connect again. I'd like to think i'm pretty IT savvy and so I did all of my normal procedures I would do to troubleshoot even to the extent of factory resetting the device but alas nothing came of it.If you're willing to take the risk and get lucky, this device would be awesome when it works but my recommendation is to stay away.

Pretty cool it comes with a case and is a pretty nice screen. It is only 1080 but at the size we are talking about it doesn’t really make much of a difference. The device itself uses WiFi and Bluetooth to provide different sets of functionality. The WiFi is used to act as a screen mirroring device and the Bluetooth adds functionality like shutter etc. pretty neat idea and definitely something not limited to just acting as a second screen for the rear cameras. The only issue I had was the controls on controls is a bit confusing at first. There are some controls you’d expect like setting. WiFi turning on Bluetooth for the screen and setting things like orientation. However, it has recording options and is cool but at the same time confusing as it shows up right where the capture button is in iOS. All in all though nifty little device that I can see other uses for than just taking photos.

It is great that this product is magnetic. However, when mirroring the screen, the screen freezes constantly and you cannot see the video. Also, the screen color is so bad that you can try to change the color as much as you want, the colors are very unsuccessful and dull.

CP5 is your best choice if you want to know if you are in frame when using the back camera.someone who prefers using the back camera of my phone to take photos and videos, this thing really helps to take better selfies and videos of yourself
