It’s great, comfortable looks stylish and keeps my picc line and extension neat and contained. I ordered a second one yesterday. As far as size, if you’re not sure if you need a large or xl either should work fine.

This covers my PICC line on my upper arm and has not lost its elasticity. It's also soft on my skin. I recommend it!

These pic line sleeves are a must to keep the hose etc clean and contained on my arm. My only complaint is the top band rolls down and creates some uncomfortable tight feeling. The nice designs are a plus, I wish you had more to choose from.

Son likes these a lot. They're soft and not too tight. I hand wash them to prevent them from losing their elasticity. Just a short swish in soapy water, rinse, squeeze (don't wring) and hang over a hanger to dry. Dry in a few hours. We've got a bunch of these. They're made in Italy and are good quality microfiber. I just wish they were a little longer, They're not as long as pictured. Probably fine for a glucose monitor but for a PICC longer would be better. They're 6 1/2 inches long but they do bunch up a little when you move around.
