***update customer service has been helpful so I will update the review. Still not super effective for a daily used piece of furniture does help the cushions look better visually.This is cheap unsupportive foam. Returning the ones I bought

These come vacuum sealed and they do NOT pop out to the advertised size, nor are they the right density to make a difference in your cushions.

We have a couch that sits low. It's always hard for my parents or anyone with knee problems to get down and up again. We can't afford a new couch at the moment so I wanted to try these. I'll say they do help! The cushion I placed this under felt much more supported and a little higher from the other pillows. It didn't lift the cushion high enough to solve our low couch problem but it did make the seat more supportive and little higher and a little eaiser for even us young ones to get in and out of.

This might be good if your couch just needs a bit of help looking nice. I got this because I'm somewhat disabled and spend most of my time sitting in one spot, and this cushion has really suffered. This foam can't begin to do the job. Honestly, it needs replacing, but that isn't in the cards right now. I've already had a couple of other "fixes" in place, which I'm not removing, so that may also affect it.This foam is the thinnest and softest of the solutions I've tried. I have a hard time seeing it make any difference in comfort/support, especially underneath an existing cushion. But visually, sure, it could probably help with a slightly saggy appearance.
