I love nice soft diapers too clean with. They leave no lint or streaks. So soft they feel like chamois. These diapers are not the ones I'm looking for. These diapers feel like coarse, rough, sackcloth!

These will work great for burp cloths.

Purchased the 6-ply and used them to embroider burp cloths. Very impressed with their weight and shape.I prewashed the diapers and didn't notice any significant shrinkage after machine drying on "normal". After a light pressing, they looked like new. I prefer them to the Gerber brand. These will be my go to in the future.

What can I say? Cotton diapers make the best burp cloths for mom's with new babies. I make them as gifts. Quick way to use up fat quarters left over from previous projects. Split the fat quarter in half length-wise and turn under the edges 1/4" twice and sew down onto the diaper. New mom's love them and hopefully they don't have to change their blouse multiple times a day. 😉

I loved the burp cloths they used when my daughter was in the NICU so I asked the nurse and she said they were actually cloth diapers, these were the closest I could find. They work super well! My daughter is a spit up queen and they are fast to absorb. Sadly they do shrink quite a bit when you wash them but they are still a decent size and they do the job I wanted them to do.

I cut these in half and hem them for wound care. My husband has 3rd degree burns to both feet, and insurance doesn’t pay for bandages! Part of the routine is to have pads between the medicated dressings and the bandages to wrap. The pads got expensive so I bought these. They are PERFECT!! I was them in newborn Dreft. The stains come out nicely . They are not stuffed with a loose fluff, but with a cotton pad. The material is woven tightly so it doesn’t aggravate skin. I’ve been recommending these to every nurse and doctor we deal with. I’m a nurse , and I wish I would of thought of this a long time ago!Oh, and these do not curl up in a hot water wash. If they shrunk, I didn’t even notice it!Well worth the price.

I ordered the 10 pack. Works well as pad-folded diapers in a diaper cover or as a replacement insert of a pocket diaper. The absorbancy is good and works well for 22mon old 30lb toddler. We fold over in the front for extra absorbancy and to fit better in covers and pocket diapers. The main reason for 3star rating is because after a few washes the cotton starts pilling quickly. Also the description may not be honest. The description says it is "Unbleached" cotton, however natural cotton is not pure white in color. These are completely pure white. I mainly use as an insert for pocket diapers, otherwise this would be more of a problem. I do like the absorbancy, so I do feel the price is justified. However, they are not my favorite diapers. I would only recommend for someone looking for an economical prefold where you may need a lot of prefolds. They work well enough, but I won't be buying again.
