I’m writing this review after my initial set up and test run of a normal load.Pro: cleaned well. Cons: the manual is confusing, the different hoses aren’t clearly labeled, the hookups aren’t clearly described, alignment of the intake valve on the machine is at a weird angle to the connection on the base and I’m afraid that there’s going to be a major leak at some point since I’m using the manual tank feature. Wait, there’s more! None of the connections appear to seal properly. The manual doesn’t really tell you how much detergent to use or where to pour it in, or how to use a rinse aid product (not sure if required), or how much water is really required for a load. It’s larger than you think it is. Measure your space. That said, I’m still figuring it out. It did not leak out the back. Several error beeps alerted me during the cycle that the water tank was empty. My dishes were clean and semi-dry after a normal cycle.

Bought this in May 2022. Nice and small fits by the sink nicely, easy to fill with a pitcher. Runs quietly and I actually enjoy the low whirl of the cycle. Love the eco 30 minute setting. Gets the dishes clean every time. Fits the right amount of dishes for my two person household. Has been easy to keep clean. Seems like a product that is going to last us a long time. I do recommend it to others.

Top. Costway. Product, price fluctuates -$200.00-$500.00. Mixed ratings. Looks great. Manufacturer not always supportive. Difficulty with parts. Long wait for delivery. Quality inconsistant. Loud ,worn motors, poor quality on internal components. Still good buy.

It comes with a long drain pipe, so does not need to be put right next to the sink.Easy to set-up, not that loud and cleans dishes very well. Uses just under 2 gallons of water per load. Turn it on and put water in it until it beeps and an indicator shows on the display.I'm so happy with this dishwasher.Dec 27, 2024Use this almost daily and finally got an error message E05. This seems to mean that there is not enough water in the device to continue cleaning. A light, large soup container had flipped over and filled with water, which meant there wasn't enough water circulating to clean the dishes.

I bought this dishwasher to help take the load off me when it came to having so many dishes. For the first two weeks it worked amazingly, it was a huge helper and I love it. But it quickly started making some odd noises. It would make a loud motor noise and whir. Then I noticed the pumping time to pump the water into the dishwasher (I had to use the water tank) was taking longer and eventually it couldn’t even send when the water tank had water in it. After I noticed that I tried starting the dishwasher again. The screen started blinking and all the lights turned on on the screen. I unplugged it, plugged it into a different socket, and got the same result. I contacted Costway directly and am STILL trying to get a full response from them. I originally just wanted the unit replaced, I would’ve sent the old one back, but they refuse to do that. They tried saying it was probably just my socket. Then they tried telling me to take it to a local repair shop and have it fixed and would pay me 50% as compensation. I refused. I told them I wanted a full refund and will send the unit back. But only for a full refund. I still have yet to get a response to that email. The customer support takes 3-5 days to get back to you if you email them and don’t call them. I do not recommend purchasing this product or anything from Costway in general. This was a waste of over $200

After a couple of months of use.Pros: cleans the dishes pretty well, ( does leave spots but that could be the detergent I am using)but does not dry all the wayNot very loudEasy to unload and made life a bit easier for me and my daycare . Now I can do dishes during nap and not at the end of the dayUses almost 2 gallons of water each load (to some that maybe a con)Has a 35 minute cycle as long as the dishes are not too ickey works fast and does wellCon: Super heavy you might need help moving itThe basket will not work for large dishes, the plates I use are kid size so they fit but who ever designed the basket 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. If not careful dishes slip and the arm inside washer will not spin because of it being stuck. I had to get a different plastic container for the forks, spoons, knifes because the one included in the dishwasher was too big. The plastic container I have now allows more dishes to fit.Over all not a horrible dishwasher, I have to manually pour water. J just make sure machine is on before pouring water, as well as having detergent in machine. Also, I had to cut the drain pipe because it was too long. I use my dishwasher in my basement and there is no water access near by so I don’t use a sink but a big soup pan for water to drain and I use Velcro on the handle for the pipe to stay in place and it works great draining water. Hopefully this helps. I would do 5 stars but the weight, and size of the inside basket made me go in that direction.

I like it coz it easy and very convenient to used, the thing I don't like is the machine is too small and pricey but it cleaned you plates completely, thanks anyway

I bought this particular countertop model because it had a water tank (many do not and I have a fancy sink faucet that I did not want to replace). I honestly wasn’t expecting it to be a powerhouse! It gets dishes super clean, no rinsing required. I use the 30 minute and one hour cycles, dishes are perfect every time!Easy to install, portable and efficient. Only a tablespoon of detergent powder is needed per cycle!

Only had it a few days but it does the job well. The one thing I have found so far is that it is noisy. Not loud but enough to know it is running when in another room. Also the dish rack is not uniform for the uprights for the dishes and I mean 1/2" out of alignment in some cases. Not sure why the max temp for adding water is
