Shipping was bullet fast, and I received this the next day. It is clearly well-built, and keeps my beverage warm indefinitely at the temp you set. If I want to nitpick, holding down on the up or down arrows doesn't accelerate the temp change, so you have to peck at it one degree at a time to get it there. at the same time, once you set it you can forget it. The cup is good-sized with a good grip. I'd buy this again, but hope I won't need to anytime soon.

I bought this mug and warmer I was skeptical weather it would any good. However, it works well and keeps my coffee hot enough to suit me. I like it really hot. And it looks good too. Getting one for the office next.

A very nice looking cup and warmer. I’m using the warming plate not only to keep my beverages at the perfect temperature, but also to warm up my bread starter, for melted chocolate etcI wish I bought a set of two, one for the kitchen and one for the bedroom. If you are looking for a thoughtful gift, it comes in a nice box too.

Great purchase and does exactly what it needsmy only complaint is that now i have to buy a UK supported plug because i hate using adapters everywhere! If only the design of the plug would be such that you can swap the plug head with different ones....

Update: After heavy use. This needs a built-in off timer else will stay on indefinitely. I have it hooked to a smart wall timer now. The unusually bulky power adapter is on the plug side, so make room at the outlet. Other than that its a really good unit. I would still recommend. This is probably the best warmer and mug combo I've ever owned for my home office. The warmer is stainless steel and has some weight to it. Unlike the others full plasticky construction. The Digital display is clear and bright. Controls are easy. Best of all the heat setting will go up to 230 degrees (but the liquid in the mug will never reach that obviously - 212 degrees is boiling). Its more to compensate/balance with the ambient air cooling the liquid and the heating element. Realistically, you can get around 180-190 degrees sustained liquid temp....with the LID ON (it helps to insulate the liquid temp).Which leads me to a design suggestion. The mug lid is just a "cover" with no seal to avoid any spillage...and the instructions clearly warn not to drink with the lid on despite the cutout (it's for straw or spoon). It's an inconvenience for sure. Cosori, please add a seal/o-ring on the lid, so it is truly a traveling mug. Other than that, this is the AMAZING. Worth the extra cost. Great holiday gift!

A must have for those who generally have long sittings on a table. I really didn't expect that it'd improve my productivity that drastically. Really convenient and super user friendly. The quality of the material used is also best.

I got the Cosari mug and warmer set - well packaged and arrived on time.I like my coffee HOT but am a slow sipper so I require my coffee to remain hot for a long time. If this describes you, read on.Some think these warmers are like laboratory hot plates - not so! They will keep your coffee hot but the mugs require a good thermal connection to the warmer as well as a cover to slow down heat loss if you don't drink quickly.I tried a SS insulated mug with cover that I already used without a warmer. It's base was fairly flat but it still performed miserably even though the base of the mug was too hot to touch - the heat from the warmer just couldn't penetrate into the coffee. I suspect that most if not all of your favorite heat-retaining mugs will have this problem. This Cosori mug with cover works well! It's SS, has a fairly flat bottom, is the right size for me, and is NOT insulated. Using the cover takes a little getting used to as drinking becomes a two-handed operation. (The lid does not seal to the cup and that the spoon hole should not be used as a drinking hole for safety reasons is emphasized in the instructions!) I'm R-handed so I use my L-hand to remove the lid and R hand to lift the mug so I can take a sip. The lid is slightly larger than the mug so I find it works best to palm grip the lid across the top of the mug between my thumb pad and fingers. I don't use a spoon so I position the spoon hole slightly to the right of the mug handle so the hole is uppermost between my thumb and forefinger when I turn my L-hand over with the lid. This is important because moisture will sometimes condense on the underside of the lid and you don't want to spill it - you should also use some care returning the lid to the mug. This has been a lot of words describing something that quickly becomes so automatic that you don't think about it. I would have preferred a lid that sealed to the mug with a drinking hole somewhat larger than the spoon hole.I'm less satisfied with the warmer. It puts out plenty of heat but the temperature display that comes on when the warmer is powered is not very useful. I really dislike the red light on the power button that remains on when the warmer is powered off and the temperature display disappears - it's just there to let you know the warmer is plugged in, I guess. The entire warmer unit gets very hot - not just the plate. I prefer another warmer unit, the Vobaga VOB-10, that doesn't have these problems and still works well with the Cosari mug even though it has less power.
