My dancing daughters love it. It's very slippery on tile-it can slip out and send the person crashing to the ground. We like it on carpet.

My daughter uses this to practice her figure skating spins. She thinks it spins really fast and has a real feel to simulate ice. Good quality and affordable.

I almost went through my window spinning on this. It can slip out from under you if you are not careful. I think it’s better for lighter weight people and kids than myself (150 lbs.)Maybe skip this and buy a safer more expensive one.
