  • Purpose: Specifically designed for the installation of pre-bulbed rivet nuts and other extended rivet nuts Multi grip
  • Compatibility: Compatible with manual rivet nut guns, not for standalone use.
  • How to Confirm Compatibility: If your rivet nut gun's standard mandrel accessories are stored in a colored plastic storage box, the thread for installing the mandrel is M8*1.25mm, and the connecting seat matches the internal hexagon spring lock sleeve, then it is suitable.
  • What You Will Receive: One 1/4-20 extended mandrel and one 1/4-20 nosepiece.
  • Notes: a. The extended design facilitates the installation of extended rivet nuts but requires more rotations when installing standard rivet nuts. b. Like standard mandrels, pay attention to the operation stroke to avoid overloading, meaning stop applying force when the rivet nut is deformed into place. c. When installing the mandrel, ensure all threads are screwed in before adjusting the spring sleeve to lock it in place for a secure connection.

  • Please note that the longer mandrels only increase the range of rivet nut lengths that can be adapted, and cannot increase the working stroke of the tool.
  • Therefore, it may require longer screwing in and out, and may need to be operated repeatedly according to the actual installation conditions of the rivet nut.

initially I had a hard time finding these. I was really hoping for a full set but, no one seems to make that. even though my rivet nut setter isn't made by Corwin, it still fits and works perfectly.
