The device itself leaks air. Was basically impossible to test when the device won’t hold the air in the loop itself.

Die Dichtheitsprüfung klappt mit der Pumpe wunderbar. Ich würd nicht über 0.5 bar gehen. Wenn der Druck für 30-60 Minuten gehalten wird, ist alles prima.

I was able to easily pressurize individual waterblocks and radiators (cheap and used, so in need of testing) as well as my entire loop with 19 fittings, four waterblocks, and two radiators. Never leaked air when it shouldn’t have. Good peace of mind when you’re about to poor water into a frustratingly expensive computer. The pressure gauge seems very sensitive to even slight leaks, and I’ll be honest that I had a bad habit of picking it up by the slidy bit and twirling it around, which never affected its performance so it seems pretty high quality to me. Definitely worth buying and I will use it on any future cooling loops.

Fit and finish of the product is great and I was able to leak test my system, however, the leak tester itself leaks. Sort of defeats the purpose and makes me feel less confident in the overall usefulness.

The pump is great and really took the pressure off when filling my loop with coolant. The custom loop I did I didn't have this tool and was filled with anxiety running my system for the first time. Paper towels everywhere, watching it like a hawk, the whole 9. I got this for my second full custom loop, pumped it with air, left it for an hour or so, no drop in pressure, filled it with coolant and went on my way. Should probably not follow my example and just use this as an extra layer of protection and still use your 24 pin jumper and run your loop for a few hours beforehand. Lol! I really like this pump but, it's pretty overpriced. I think that's really my only complaint.

Just did my first custom loop and was very nervous about getting water on any of my parts. Have two rads, the res/pump, cpu block, and gpu block with active backplate. Finished my loop, put this on and the loop wasn't holding pressure. Narrowed it down to the gpu and turned out one of the o rings for the block fell off when I installed the backplate. Looked around and picked it up off the floor, cleaned it, put everything back together, and it held pressure fine. Would have been very upset if I started filling the loop and got water all over my 3090 (it's vertically mounted). Well worth the money!

I decided to build a simple water-cooling loop. First time, so you can imagine my thoughts about water and electronics. I did not want water destroying any component in my PC. Fear is not even close to describe what I was feeling. I decided to buy this pump because those videos with people and paper towels waiting for the water to leak are not very convincing.I found out that my loop was not leak-proof. With this pump I could check the whole loop or segments at a time just using water blocks. I found the 'air' leak and learnt at the same time. In the picture you can see that the GPU's outlet is not connected to the tubing going to the radiator. The tubing connected to the reservoir inlet is also not connected to the radiator. There are water blocks at both endsI left the pump connected to the loop for an hour after I fixed the problem. The pressure did not drop a bit. The teaching here is that all parts of a loop are very well made because they are based on water and gas pipe designs that has been used for many, many years. Usually the leak is caused by the person building the loop... like me.If you are new to this, you cannot fail with one of these pumps. You can save a lot of money by investing some in this kit.
