This set of corner braces is well made with a quality (pretty) finish on them. You get 4 braces so you can brace all 4 corners of your project at the same time. They are embossed with both standard and metric measurements on them. The kit also includes a pair of gloves and a long marking pen to fit through the thickness of the bracket. I have many projects I plan to use these on, including building a pair mcm styled day bed frames and building a workshop in my garage. This should make squaring up the corners of my projects much easier.

These things are sturdy. Thick aluminum with solid clamps. Should be durable and hold up. They are a little cumbersome to use, but once you get things lined up they hold great. I wish that there was some sort of a storage box, they are a little unwieldly. I round that I kept the clamps screwed into the aluminum just to keep the pieces together. But this made storage a bit tougher. Price might seem a little high??

I am quite anxious to put these to use. They are manufactured of quality materials and the construction appears flawless. Instead of being small, these tools are large enough to span a good deal of the framework ensuring a good fit and a correct 90 degree corner. The only down side is that they did not arrive with any sort of carrying case. Even a cheap one would aide in keeping the parts and pieces together for quick acquisition.

This has nice anodized aluminum parts with clear markings in both inches and millimeters. It is all metal, except for the knobs which are sturdy plastic with a brass insert. It clamps very firmly, so no worries about board movement. It's a really good kit.

These corner clamps are built from solid aluminum and well marked so they're easy to read. The included clamping rods and star nuts are good and easy to install for using these clamps.Where I have an issue with these clamps is that 1 of the 4 corner jigs was slightly out of square; I could see daylight between the corner piece and the calibrated square used. I also took a star off because the rule markings are just slightly off by 1/64th of an inch at the 5 inch mark. (see photos of measuring setup and closeup of 5" mark.)While I can somewhat forgive the discrepancy of the rule markings since I don't use these markings when woodworking, these types of errors add up and make woodworking all that much harder when your tools are off.Using this set as purely corner clamps will work, hence the 3 star rating, but anything else and the buyer should beware.

While I do have some plastic corner clamps, I prefer to have the aluminum clamps which is what this set is. I also liked there are four clamps included as some sets you will get two or even have to purchase them individually. The clamps arrived nicely packaged and come in a foam cutout but this set does not include a storage case to keep them in. At least the box has that foam cutout and I think they will store away very well in the box when not in use. This clamp set has a nice anodized finish as do the aluminum corner blocks. Something else that attracted me to this set of clamps is that they 5.5-inches x 5.5-inches. I checked them out and they are square too. I put together a wood box and these did a real nice job, everything was square.

These squares are bult from aluminum stock that has been anodized. They are each ruled in both inches and millimeters. The clamp mechanism also features solid aluminum blocks and the short arm of the "L" is a bit longer than the competitors. This will allow for better centering on the product materials I expect to be able to use these for years to come.
