This Dutchman Roll is exactly like the one in my PT's office. It is very well constructed and has just enough give to allow me to do my knee exercises. I would recommend this product for post-knee surgery recovery.

I have nerve damage in my lower right side from my seat to my knee, and I have to recline and prop my legs up. I thought this bolster would look better on the couch than a blue medical wedge, but the vinyl makes me sweat, it's very hard, and I bought the wrong size. For a doctor, it's probably perfect for its intended use, but for me, I really can't use it.
