Says medium can accommodate a 37 waist. I'm a 34.-Can't even get the belt around me.

Terrible to say the least. This thing did not even hold up for a full hour before it tore at one seam. Then less than 3 days later, there is now a full tear on the Velcro strap; making it unusable. Do not buy this piece of crap product, the back pain is better than the headache it causes.
