The measurements were spot on and there was an open line of communication to make sure everything was accurate. The shades were simple enough to install. Our only issue is the slats themselves. They are not rigid at all as shown in the video on their page. They are flimsy, paper-like material. The valence is cheap and dated looking, like something you might find in a grandparent’s mobile home.The vendor did provide a 20% refund instead of us having to uninstall everything to send back, which was appreciated, but I would have rather had the product I thought we were getting. We will have to use that money to buy higher quality slats.

I'm giving LANMAO five stars because their sliding glass door blinds met all of my expectations. Customer service was outstanding. They made sure that my order specifications and measurements were accurate before they completed the order. The blinds came quickly, were easy to install, and fit perfectly to the doors. The black out fabric is sheer, and I was concerned that they wouldn't block out enough light when closed, but they do work much better than expected. The cords to adjust the amount of opening hang loosely at the side, which may bother some customers, but they are very easy to use, and the panels open and close very easily. The white fabric is very light and white, which may be a surprise if you're expecting a more subdued shade. For the price and quality, and the customer service, these blinds are very nice.
