These cutters cut quickly and precise. They work extremely well on cardboard boxes. The hand design is easy to hold and operate. These cutters are a great value and sure beats using scissors. I highly recommend this electric cutter! A+A+A+A+A+

Nice tool for cutting cardboard and light material. Comes with a nice case and an extra blade. Has rechargeable battery with charging cable for the standard 5 volt USB chargers but does not come with a charger.

I am not sure if I got a bad device or the reviews were something else but this thing is horrible. Even after a full charge it barely made its way through the thin Amazon cardboard box it came in! This will never cut anything thicker than very thin material. When it did come across thicker cardboard it just stalled and the blade would shift into the machine. It wasnβt even very quick in cutting the thin material either such as the box it came in which is sad because now itβs getting returned. This was a severe disappointment and I would say to spend a little extra and get a name brand device which could possibly work better.

I have so many Amazon boxes and I thought that this would help my husband get rid of them. He said that it works very well, but that he still has to use his box cutter sometimes. This was a Christmas present for him. π·

Love this!! I'm a clutz and cut myself all the time. This does a great job and no bandaids needed afterwards. :)

The last rotary cutter that I had was also from Uaoaii. It was the turquoise one that they make. While a lot is the same there are some differences between them. The old one was 4.0V. This one is 4.2V. Or is it? When I got this new one, I noticed that it said 4.0V on the back of it. So that's not a good sign... The no-load speed for the old one was 250rpm. The no-load speed for this one is 300rpm. Or is it? Because the voltage isn't the only thing that's mismatched. And while it's not really much of a difference, the old one somehow weighs 0.12 pounds more than this one. Or is it? Because that's according to what they said that their two rotary cutters weighed. They said that this new one weighs 0.87 lbs, but what I got when I weighed it was 1.06 lbs. I know, not that big of a difference but... come on, really??Something that is NOT an upgrade is the noise level. The old one was just above 70 decibels yet, this one is almost 80 decibels! And last, but not least. This one does not have a little flashlight that comes on and stays on the entire time that the rotary cutter is active. Which I am REALLY glad they did away with. That also might explain how both the old one and the new one have battery capacities of 2,000mAh, and also have the same running time of 2 hours. Anyway, it takes both of them about 3 hours to charge. They both came with a cord that has a USB-C connection on one end and a regular USB-A connection on the other end. And this one comes with a case that is just like the case that came with the old one. Well, not exactly like the old one. It's kind of insignificant, but the old one had an indentation for a spare blade that was in the shape of the spare blade. And on this one, instead of that there's an indentation for an extra blade in the shape of a square. The extra blade that comes with this rotary cutter also comes inside of a small square case, that almost perfectly fits in that square indentation. The old one was already a pretty good rotary cutter. And this one seems to be pretty good too, but I'm not sure that I can say that it's better. Because I tried them both on the same thickness of cardboard quite a few times, and I couldn't really tell much of a difference between them. Well, except that this new one is MUCH louder. So I don't know what to say really. Now, I'd actually recommend the older sort of turquoise colored one that they make over this one.

My husband uses these clippers on the heavy duty fabric he uses for upholstery work and loved them. Many people have complained that the battery doesn't last long, but he has not found that to be true. They shut off after a few seconds if not being used, but the battery does not die. He highly recommends them.
