I bought this mop but was unable to use it right away and it unfortunately stopped spinning. I message customer service to trouble shoot the device. It was already outside the return period so I thought there was no hope in having a replacement much kore return it.To my surprise, customer service was very responsive and assisted me with trouble-shooting. I understand nothing is perfect and sometimes equipment simply don't work as expected.This product's customer service stood by its product and sent a replacement mop despite being outside the return period. I did not write a review right away because I wanted to make sure Im giving an accurate review over time.This is long overdue and I can honestly say that really love this mop. It has not broken down for me for over a year now and it has withstood many cleaning sessions with ease. It is quiet and very easy to use. The charge lasts long and its wireless capability between charges is a big plus. Im glad the company showed faith in its product and took the chance to replace my first mop. By doing so, they are standing by what they are selling and are certain that their product is going to deliver,Having a great product is something we consumers seek. Yet, having great customer service and support make a whole lot of difference.

I absolutely love this mop! It cleans beautifully with minimal effort, and the best part is that it powers itself—no more heavy pushing! The water well holds plenty of cleaner, so I don’t have to refill constantly. It’s super efficient and makes cleaning so much easier. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. I highly recommend it! The VMAI cordless electric mop was very easy to assemble. I have two dogs which leave paw prints on my tile floor. This mop makes it a breeze to cleanup after them. I have only used the cleaning mop so far and it works great. The spray function woks exceptionally well. The handle is adjustable which makes it more comfortable to use whether your a shorter or taller person. If it waxes as good as it cleans it is well worth the purchase.

This mop is so quiet and does a marvelous job on my luxury vinyl plank floors. It cleans safely and easily without stress on my arms with its self propelled feature. I love that it’s rechargeable as well. So easy to use.

This product is easy to put together and easy to use. I like that it sort of moves on its own but is easy to redirect. The speed isn’t too fast, it’s not too heavy, and I like that I don’t overwork my back. It comes with multiple pads, two for cleaning, two other ones that are softer and two for waxing. When it comes to cleaning the floors I’m not entirely sure how clean it cleanses because the pads weren’t as dirty as I thought they would be. I must say it did do an amazing job waxing my floors. I do love this mop, it makes me not hate mopping. The size isn’t bad either, I’m able to break it down some so it can fit in my closet. I like that you can detach the battery and charge it alone.

I’ve used this mop three times so far. I’m loving it. We have LVP floor very light in color. This mop is light weight, glides easily across the floor and is not a back breaker. The reservoir is small. I filled it with water only and sprayed floor cleaner as I went, not using a ton of water. The battery lasts about 40 minutes. Easy to put together and easy to use. Comes with three sets of pads very easy to clean. I rinse them and throw in washer. Super happy with this purchase… it gets the job done!!!

This product is a game changer for me. It is lightweight and glides easily over hardwood floors. My floors are clean and the mop heads are easy to remove and attach. I did buy extra mop heads to have on hand. This definitely deserves a 5-star rating. I just hope that the battery life doesn't disappoint. Only time will tell.

Lava bien los pisos duros. Es necesario aprender a controlar el equipo y el chorro de agua (con algún detergente líquido para lavar y luego con alguna « cera » para dar brillo). Controlar el equipo xq el motor tiene buena potencia. Controlar el chorro xq lo avienta con fuerza hacia adelante. La pila, una vez recargada al 100, dura suficiente para unos 100 metros cuadrados. Si hace falta más, se recarga bastante rápido. Gracias a esta máquina, ahorro mucho tiempo y energía. Espero me dure…
