Works well. Easy to clean separate container. Has both cook and warm functions. Set time to cook afterwards it goes into warm mode. Slow to recharge, but always fully charged overnight.

It is good but it has some issues. First of all it’s very small very good value for money and it gets food warm and hot but the problem is charging time and functionality time. It takes roughly 8 hours to fully charge it and it heats food for only 50 minutes. I recommend purchasing it

This thing did not work. I put it on heat it automatically goes for ten minutes. Wasn't hot. Another ten minutes. the little eating element is just too weak. Barely heated up the bottom of my food to vaguely warm to the touch. The heating element is simply insufficient.

First of all I'm not a person who writes reviews often but I've been on a quest to find a lunch container that will keep my lunch warm for about 5 hours. I am a mobile health care provider and all of my plugs and ports in the work truck are taken up to charge equipment. This is my third try finding a container that will keep my food warm. I tried the Stanley crock and another double-walled insulated Bowl that did absolutely nothing. Now I do heat my meal before I leave the house and use the keep warm feature for 4 hours and then if I need to extend it you can extend it after that 4 hours. My lunch is very warm when I eat it. I absolutely love this container it fits my needs perfectly. I'm sure that if you put something cold in the container it may not work as well so just heat it up before you leave.

So my son who is in 5th grade takes his lunch to school everyday and it gets really hard to always pack him a cold lunch. After looking online for all the hacks and other parent recommendations for keeping your kids lunch warm for hours, didn’t work I set out to find an option that would. None of the “heated lunch boxes” or “Electric Lunch box” I found fit my specific needs.1) Continuous warming function2) Reheat/heating3) Timer with multiple timing options4) Easy to open & close5) Rechargeable (NO batteries needed and it doesn’t have to be plugged in for it to work.)6) Easy to clean7) Large Food Container- Needs to hold enough for an adult serving of food. (Kids Bento boxes are all to small once your kiddo gets to be in 4th grade)8) Kid friendly- will not burn himself while using.9) NO WATER NEEDED- this is in my opinion just silly to have to do for a portable lunch box.10) Simple & user friendly enough for a kid to use.11) Long battery life- Needs to keep food hot from 7am to 12:30pm when my son has lunch at school.Last but not least…Not cost hundreds of dollars! So right off I found the LunchEASE with all the bells and whistles. It did everything I needed and then some, HOWEVER I am not paying $235 for a heated lunch box! Yes it is the top lunch box in this category for sure, but I couldn’t believe that there wasn’t something similar and more affordable. Then I found the HeatsBOX and again all the cool features but I don’t need all the features and it is still $199.After reading through almost ALL the other brands and asking questions, because not all the information was accurate or available in the description, I found that almost all the other options for a “heated” or “electric” lunch box had to be plugged into a power source to even work. Well that quickly narrowed down my list of options very quickly. When I finally found this one it actually checked off ALL my requirements & needs!!! Best part it was under $75.00!!! I mean if you’re a parent and have ever purchased Bento boxes and other similar items this is WAY BETTER DEAL!If I HAD to list the negatives about this product it would be hard but here are a few.1) You can’t “wash” the outer container- The outside shell has the heating element and it holds all of the electrical components. You can take a disinfectant wipe and clean it if you spill, but putting in under running water to wash would turn it into a large paper weight.2) No heating elements on the sides just the bottom. It doesn’t seem to make a difference not having it.3) 4 hour max warming time- I send my kid to school at 7am and he has lunch at 12:30pm so at 11 am the continuous warming function stops, HOWEVER it stays hot without any heating source for the 1.5hrs until his lunch time.4) Multiple food containers and some with divided sections. Not that any of the other companies provide this with there products either but it would be a nice to have another.5) The condensation when you open the lid is a good amount so definitely wrap your hot sandwiches or anything like that which could get soggy. I got a pack of wax butcher paper sheets and wrap the sandwich and it works perfect.Hope this helps!
