The biggest issue with this polisher is the terrible battery life! The product claims it can run for 45 minutes, but in reality, on medium speed, it lasts less than 10 minutes. To make things worse, the charging speed is painfully slow. It takes almost 7-8 hours to fully charge, which really kills productivity. For anyone who needs to do extended polishing work, this product is just not practical. Oh, and the battery indicator is completely unreliable—it often dies out of nowhere without warning. Honestly, the manufacturer really needs to improve the battery technology and fix these issues.

This item is well worth the cost. The quality is very good. Even at its highest speed its not a noisy machine. The 6 variable speeds are gradual and smooth. Attaching pads, sandpaper, and batteries is easy. Two batteries is a must and this has them. Works so well.

Worth every penny but as we know in life you get what you pay for. Does the job just fine and comes with two batteries and multiple attachments to handle any job. I’m only being critical when comparing this to a higher end buffer. It gets the job done especially on smaller cars that you are only going to wax/buff every blue moon.

I am a detailer, and my previous corded buffer wasn't cutting it, so I decided to give this one a try. First let me say I never post reviews but when it came to this I had to. It comes with two batteries which I'm grateful for. The buffer has 6 settings and does the job I needed it to do. The pictures are of my client's truck and let me tell you when I say this thing needed TLC it needed TLC!! I finished the entire driver's side before the first battery died. I was able to finish the passenger side and hood and start another truck before the second battery died. The reason for my 4 stars is because I detail on average 3-4 cars a day, so battery life for me is very important. I wish the battery life was a little bit longer!! By the way I'm a woman and this fit my hands perfectly!

I was looking for a cordless light weight buffer mostly for my cars and granite counters, since corded always got in my way. I was hesitant to buy based on a few negative reviews even though most rated this high. It actually worked perfectly. Using only one of the two fully charged batteries, I polished two full size cars and there is still battery power left without using second battery which is great to have as backup. I used the low speed setting which is plenty fast for waxing and buffing the car or counters. For liquid polishers a fast speed just splatters liquid and does not really polishing any better. One review said they could not even finish a small car on one battery. This was not my experience. I am pleased with the purchase. Lots of extra pads and types. I highly recommend Wolfgang deep gloss paint sealant thinly applied to a clean, sap free car for best shine and protection ever, long lasting. I've used for years and better than any other products I tried. I follow with a ceramic coat by Chemical guys. My oldest car now 5 years old still looks show room perfect using these products. This buffer got better results than when done by hand. Very pleased. I recommend.
