Brass Base:
Please notice the substantial brass base. This design element comes from the times of old when men on ships would use a heavy mug to keep their favorite libation from spilling as the boat rocked back an forth in heavy seas. Our base performs that same function on the sea or dry land, but also opens up some very interesting creative and personalized possibilities. Brass is one of the BEST materials for engraving. The base of The Mug is just over 3.5 inches in diameter providing a wonderful blank canvas to record any special occasion, wedding, milestone birthday or anniversary, business gift, memorable event, etc. Also, the edge of the base is nearly 12 inches in circumference allowing for even more engraving creativity!
Solid Welded Handle:
Our handle has a very sizable contact patch to cleanly meet the copper body with a flawless weld. This handle ain't going nowhere!
Custom lip:
We did not stop innovating at the hande, but used a nicer more difficult to manufacturer extended lip instead of the traditional rolled lip. This lip require more experienced craftsman to get it just right. But we were not about to leave one of the most important areas of the mug unimproved.

This it suppose to be a lined mug. It is but tends not to be well covered at the bottom. Both of mine started to turn oxidize and the top is to narrow to get my hand in to clean it properly so I sent it back. I was bummed I really like the quality and style

My husband loved these! They are beautiful to look at with the brass and copper design and keep drinks nice and cold. The logo placement varies slightly from mug to mug (I bought 4 and some are perfectly straight and some aren’t) but if you consider they are handmade it actually adds to the beauty and reminds you it’s not identical mass production like most things these days. They are heavy to hold for me personally, but they were a gift for my husband who doesn’t have an issue with the weight. His eyes lit up when he opened the boxes Christmas morning and immediately took pictures to share with friends. If you are looking for an impressive gift for a mule drinker this is definitely it!

Love these copper/brass mules!!! We are getting married and ordered a significant amount to give as a gift for our guests. We were looking for a mule that our guests could use many times over and have something to remember what an amazing time they had at our reception!! Bob was very nice to work with. He was quick to respond to my emails. He worked with me on shipping such a large order as well! The mules are of great quality and very sturdy, brass handle and brass bottom. The packaging of each individual mug is very nice as well and comes with washing instructions. We know our guests will just love them! We highly recommend purchasing a set for your own kitchen/bar. We would definitely reorder from Bob!! Thank you for making our day that much more special!
