My metal mask arrived in a box, but had been folded in half by whomever packed it. I was able to gently unfold it and tweak it until it was useable.This mask is very customizable to your face shape if you gently bend it. It looks great and I can’t wait to wear it.

I get it. A mass produced product is produced to fit the majority of the market, but men’s mask in this set is way too large. When I put it on, the “full” side sticks about 3/4 of an inch off my face.For reference, I’m not one of those rail thin guys with no meat on their bones. I’m 5’-10”, ~190 lbs. Rather than trying to customize it with a heat gun, I think I’ll just return these.

And it was very comfortable to wear. I was surprised by that. It is made of plastic. The front of the mask is nice, smooth and shiny. The inside has an interesting pattern that I think is designed to keep it partially off your face to allow airflow. This is definitely a man-sized mask, too. I typically wear an XL fitted hat or an XL hockey helmet. If you have a large head, this is for you. If you shop in the kids' section, I would not recommend this to you.

Very nice looking mask. Not cheap looking or feeling. Men's mask sat a little odd on face, it was thick plastic and women's was a hard metal but still looked great and able to wear a few hours

I think this mask is pretty sturdy and looks nice but it is very hard, can’t bend it a bit to shape of face, and therefore is very wide on my face which makes the nose piece feel uncomfortable. I don’t have a small head either, so that’s saying something.

The bag it came in said it was fragile and to use a box, yet it came in one of the amazon cardboard bags.... And the women's one is so bent its hard to wear. I'm super dissapointed since I have no other mask option. As I'm typing, I also noticed that jewels are missing from the mask. I've had it maybe ten minutes and it's already bent and falling apart. The men's one looks great, but sheds sparkles like crazy.... If you order please be aware that if not packaged right it'll come in bent and out of shape.

Good mask. Sturdy. I only returned because it didn’t fit my teens face well. It was too wide for her. Otherwise we would have kept. It was cool.
