Step1: Separate front frame from back cover prior to installation. Find the rim seam where two edges of front bumper and back cover meet and take the front and the back apart.
Q: What’s the use of the rim seam where two edges meet?
A: It’s designed for letting the front bumper properly and snugly nestled in the back cover, to provide best possible protection against drops.
Step2: Install the hard PC front frame. Please set the top side (front camera side) around the iPhone first, and then attach the bottom side (charging port side). ** Top to bottom installation is crucial for proper fitting of the front piece. DO NOT install the front piece from bottom to top.
Q: Can I install the front piece from the bottom side to the top side?
A: No! Our phone case is not designed to be installed in this order of steps. You will be unable to install the front bumper starting from the bottom side, finishing with the top side. You must follow the order of steps through our instructions.
Step3: Install the soft TPU back cover. Snap the front piece tightly into place with the back cover.
Q: I feel it is a little tight to install the back cover. Is it normal?
A: Yes,it is normal. As both the front bumper and the back cover are designed, through high gloss finish manufacturing process and the electrostatic drag occurs when the case is installed to fit the iPhone, you may first need to give a little more physical force at installation. With the proper steps, a final, snug fit should result.
Step4: Make sure you align the edges of the front piece and the back piece, and then gently press the rim seam to let the front bumper properly and snugly nestled in the back cover.
Q: How to quickly install this 3in1 case?
A: A 3in1 case such as this may occasionally require a few attempts at installation to get the hard bumper and the silicone cover to sit just right together. If you feel it is hard to install the case at first, please remove the case and re-install it. A few attempts may help to make installation easier, for a best, final fit.
Step5: Install the tempered glass protector piece onto the iPhone screen.
Q: Must I install both tempered glass protectors onto the iPhone screen at the same time?
A: No! We offer two pieces of tempered glass screen protectors, one for the instant use and the other one for the backup.

I took the transparent case for my iPhone X. Fits perfectly, looks super clean and shiny (I can see the phone’s back now!), will certainly protect against drops.Tip: you’ll need to install the case before (!) the screen protector; otherwise they may get into each other’s way and the protector may come off. Also, other protectors bought separately elsewhere may not fit together with this case. Great that this case comes with two protectors that are made to fit the case perfectly.

I had a hard time pushing the buttons I had to cut a piece to be able to use the buttons.
