Es wurden die 3 Bissanzeiger inkl einer Packung passender Batterien geliefert.Ungeduldig wie ich bin, musste alles gleich ausgepackt und im Wohnzimmer getestet werden.Die Montage an den Ruten ist einfach und schnell. Nach dem auswerfen die Schnur leicht spannen und um die zwei Führungen des Gerätes legen. Durch leichten Zug ( ja das reicht schon) ertönt das Signal. Die Lautstärke ist anpassbar, entweder man benötigt ein Hörgerät oder es ist so laut, daß die gesamte Nachbarschaft hell wach ist. Der Ton erinnert mich an eine Pkw Alarmanlage oder einen Rauchmelder, hier würde ich mir wünschen das man diesen auch noch ändern kann.Trotzdem gibt es 5 Sterne, die Bissanzeiger sind klein, und passen an alle gängigen Ruten ( Inline-ruten ausgeschlossen), und sensibler als herkömmliche für Banksticks oder rodpods.Da ich gern mit einfachen Banksticks oder einstellbaren eigenbauten als Rutenhalter Angel, sind diese Teile der perfekte Begleiter für kurze Trips ans Wasser.Der richtige Praxistest findet die nächsten Tage statt. Evtl gibt's dann ein Update

Work good except they are bulky for our panfish and walleye rods in the ice castle, so they take alot of tug to set off. Work great for eel pout and over night fishing for a wake up call, but not so much for other species that take bites. Wanted more so to notify when I had a fish interested in my line so I could pay close attention when stuff was going on and I wasn't jigging.

Great value bite alarm but my god it's loud.The volume of the alarm is comparable to a personal attack or burglar alarm.I plugged the sound hole with blutack which knocks it down a bit so the folk in the next county aren't aware everytime I get a bite.Great but if kit for the price though.

A handy device. Several suggestions for use.1. This particular alarm is better on a rod with a level wind reel. (bait caster)2. Keep the rod relatively parralel to the water surface otherwise the rod absorbs much of the energy of a strike before it is translated through the alarms mechanism..

Tra i più economici sul mercato, fanno benissimo il loro lavoro. Li ho presi da novellino per il feeder fishing e per avvicinarmi al carp fishing e mi sono trovato davvero benissimo. Ora, forse per il carp è meglio puntare su qualcosa che abbia una centralina, soprattutto per la notte, ma per il feeder sono perfetti!

03-24-2020I’ve had a similar alarm system that worked great but I left them out in the rain and they don’t work now. So I decided to try this design.I like the look of this design better and I really like the adjustable volume. They work great and the first day I used them, they alerted me to a 6 lb flathead (see picture).I took one star off because of the way it attaches to the pole. While it stays in place with the adjustable rubber strap, it will twist if you have a big fish pull on your line. I use an open face reel and when a big fish pulled the line, the alarm twisted on pole and the line came free of the alarm. I heard the alarm but then because the line came free from the twisting of the alarm on the pole, the alarm turned off. I’ve tried many different placements on the pole and they all do the same. Maybe this device is more designed for a baitcaster. Or maybe I can glue a rubber piece to the inside of the alarm so that it has a bit more friction between the plastic and the pole.

I like this fish alarm as the volume can be adjusted. The alarm is place on the upper side of the rod preventing the line to hit the alarm if the reel is of medium size. I am recommending this fish alarm to people using two or more rods when fishing.
