I opened it in front of my son and he seems to like it but I am disappointed with the rust as rust can have hazards and means the rusting items won't last that long as are already deteriorating, I've also had splinters from rust in the past so am disappointed.The rust knocks 2 stars of dur to safety / hygiene and longevity affected. I've yried removing as many rusted ones I could spot but there were many in every packet, mostly the blue.If it wasn't for the rust I'd say it's an amazing toy, however due to the rust I'd not have bought it if I'd known there was this possibility.I think if you get a set with no rust it is perfect.

My six year old granddaughter really enjoyed this way to learn sight words. She loved the fishing poles with magnets to "catch" little colored wooden fish with words on them. She stayed actively engaged for 15-20 minutes at a time catching/reading fish words.

Fun and useful, but we had to separate them based on number of letters rather than the way they are currently sorted. My kids have a lot of fun with these!

I love this brand! I do recommend teaching sight words in black and white. However, I LOVE this as a tool/resource to have fun reinforcing sight words. EXCELLENT quality.

My son has taken more interest in this word fishing activity in order to learn words/reading. It’s more fun and you can make your own little games up that work for their interests. He loves magnets so that helps! Nice and small to take anywhere but tons of words to work with. Would buy again as a gift for a 3-6 year old.
