I had two issues with this product. The first time I ordered it I found the recommended size was too small. I returned the sweater and order a size larger which fit just fine. However, the sweater came in a shrink wrap package that left permanent wrinkles in the sweater. I tried washing it, steaming it, and even ironing it, all to no avail. Still wrinkled. I suppose I can still wear it around the house, but not for social occasions. Very disappointing.

Quality and thickness exceeded my expectations. Definitely keeps you warm, heavy, looks exactly like the pictures, soft, and the size is perfect. This was actually the most fitting online purchase I had. I bought 2 more with different styles from the same seller and they all fit perfectly. In addition to that, their pricing is very competitive.
